Alex accepts the plate of food being forced upon him, then half-heartedly eats it, eyes still transfixed on the chalkboard.

"I surely want to come with you, the plants need caring afterall. Also have you seen the glowing specimen. Rather peculiar."

I go with malaria to check the plants and water them, afterwards I am setting up the chemistry set.

Derpus slams the wooden spoon down into the cookpot and whisks opens the curtains. "Morning!" He clomps around grumbling that everyone worked all night and now dinner is ruined.

>Try to feed the cat the leftover dinner.

Yes, anyone can join at any point in the game.
I can't do a turn today, though. Too many things happening IRL.

Waiting on Grek, Armok, and lemonpie. If they don't post by 5:00 EST, I'm gonna go ahead and go on without them.

Also, we now have an Alex, an Alexey, and an Alexander. Congratulations, I guess?

Sketch the Skelekitten in different positions, and add notes when it behaves oddly.

Wander town looking to but something
You go window shopping a bit.

"Good morning, rise and shine, rise and shine!"

Prepare breakfast. Wake everyone up. Set up medical area, make sure it's ready.
((Quick note, no one actually lives in the lab.)) You arrive a few minutes early and begin cooking breakfast. While it's cooking, you also clear some loose junk off away from your medical supplies. You must be a morning person.

Well this is starting to get creepy but since it is night frogs should be jumping should of brought a torch tough cause there eyes to shine. I suppose I will try to get some by hand without wading to far into the lake i will frog gig for about an hour then head back with my haul they shouldn't rot overnight and i will sell them in the morning.
You head out to the lake again, and sharpen a sturdy stick with a knife you brought along. It should do the trick, if you could just jab one of the darned things. Eventually, you manage to skewer one. You don't think you could do much by selling a single frog, though.
Green Beard is a novice Small Game Hunter!

"Mmhm..." Alex spun his chair around, glaring at the map, looking for any sign of a pattern between the events.
When you get in the lab, the first thing you do is investigate all known odd events. You don't see any notable patterns, for all intents and purposes it appears that random objects were struck with random effects. Stranger and stranger...

having nothing to do Alexei looked for a day job as Mason.
You go to the market place and offer up your services as a mason. You manage to make 25 Steinmarks.

>Try to feed the cat the leftover dinner.
The Skelekitten sniffs at the food, but either does not find the food interesting or is not hungry.

Sketch the Skelekitten in different positions, and add notes when it behaves oddly.
You take a few notes and drawings of the Skelekitten. It behaves pretty much as a normal cat would, and doesn't even seem to notice its peculiar position. You could think of a few uses for an undying work animal, if only you could recreate this.

"I surely want to come with you, the plants need caring afterall. Also have you seen the glowing specimen. Rather peculiar."

I go with malaria to check the plants and water them, afterwards I am setting up the chemistry set.
"Hrmm... I wonder if any side effects of the blast would have manifested themselves overnight... I'm going out to search around the lab to see if anything manifested overnight. Anybody care to come with me?"

Malaria spends the turn checking out plants around the lab for any side effects, as plants are her speciality. She also keeps her eyes peeled for any more general weirdness.
Malaria and Lummelico go to check on the plants. The for normal plants are sprouting normally, but the two other plants are looking a bit odd. One looks like it will probably grow into a flower. It has a tiny bud, with a slight blue glow around it, at the top. The other is less recognizable. The luminescence around it has vanished, and it is now a shaded with deep crimson and violet. It is a bit larger than any of the other plants, but you still can't work out what it might be. It looks like it could possibly grow a vegetable, but even that is fairly unsure.

With one of the smarter employes watching from behind cover Dave strikes one of the chalk drawings with the ruler.
((I have decided that while fast regeneration is a bit OP, intuition is a poor choice, as much of the deducing you will be doing will first be made by the player. Think of it as a puzzle, of sorts. In compromise, you may have slow regeneration. You heal faster than usual, and given a few days you can even regrow limbs.))
You approach the drawing of a wolfsbane, and give it a tap with the ruler.
Suddenly, it springs to life! There's a series of brilliant blue flashes and searing heat, so much that you lose the some hair off of your arm before you can jump away. The miniature fireworks show of blue flames rages over the surface of the chalkboard for a few second, but it doesn't seem to damage it at all. When the sparks subside, the drawing is gone, although the circle around it looks to have been large enough so as to not be affected by the reaction. Maybe you should try something simpler?

Hmm... Draw a generic tree and hit it with the ruler. ((Ok since the mental retardation was supposed to be a balancer I'll be of average intellect.))

Derpus lives in the lab. Or under it, or in the attic, or something.

>Derpus contemplates a name change to Alux Minimus
>Derpus collects a few drops of blood from one of the caged rats, on the end of a Q-tip, and tries to feed it to the Skelekitty. Then try again with new blood, dripping it on the crimson plant.

Also I think we should conserve money as much as possible now lets try to make things instead of buy things Im going to try to start a fishing enterprise and start breeding and cooking rats to feed the poor and homeless just to get the popularity of us in town up and just get more support in town.
