Travelling under water is hard. I mean, you could use the batteries on the surface, which would be quite a bit faster.

On a side note, Omega is the last letter of the Greek alphabet.

EDit: Also, trait votes got screwed up.

I approve of it just as much as if people were going to add random numbers to their posts.

I have a few ideas and/or adaptions:
3.1 Condor Seaplane: Use two of the engines on the plane. Use several 15mm MGs as defensive armament, include hardpoints for torpedoes or bombs and a cargo area to be used otherwise.
The bigger cousin.

7. Osprey torpedo bomber: Use one new engine and include two 15mm MGs as forward armament. Armour against small-arms fire. Monoplane. Capacity to carry one torpedo or an equivalent weight of bombs. More range than the Raven fighter.

8. Develop a 40mm anti-aircraft/combination cannon. Evolution of our old one. Improve where possible, no particular priorities.

And, Alpha.1: Do not attempt attacks of opportunity. Cargo runs only. May notify about detected ships, but evade.
Gamma.1: Send Gamma team, instead. They are a small team, just like all guns.
Also, @evilcherry: Please write your votes outside the spoiler.

Some votes for me: A, C, E, Alpha.1, Gamma,
Edit: And forgot the trait votes. Voting for Accurate (SMG), Snorkel, Decreased signature and hydrophone system (Sub) and Armor pen plus High explosive warhead and Reinforced for the torpedo.
Edit. Something always is wrong...

4. Raven (T) torpedo bomber modification(medium)
Taking a successful raven biplane, it was remodeled by removing machine guns and adding a single torpedo launcher. Additional efforts were made to increase  max lift of the aircraft

5. Piranha submarine (Large)
160t displacement
1.5t light torpedo tubes
4t small torpedoes
3t long range torpedo tube
6t long range torpedoes
50t diesel engine
10t electric engine
5t batteries
15t armor  (above water part)
Rest: submarine parts\more armor

It's more a surface ship with submerging ability than a proper submarine, it relies on high surface speed to retreat, using it's submerging abilities to silently wait in ambush or approach the enemy for point blank range, but only high value targets planned to be engaged in that way, less important targets would be engaged from the safe distance of long range torpedo tube and fast retreat in surfaced state

Submarine's deck is very-very narrow, looking more like a racing boat not a military vessel. With only submerged part little more wide to host three torpedo tubes. With design like this it simply has no space to place any kind of gun on it. So the only protection against enemy force is fast retreat, darkness of the night, modest armor, and submerging.

War must be, while we defend our lives against a destroyer who would devour all; but I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness, nor the warrior for his glory. I love only that which they defend.

Eta: Start propaganda war. Make sure that our people understands we are winning the war (and we are winning it, no question), while makes sure the world understands that Moldavia, which people are worthless scums, is an aggressor and is a threat to stability.

We need to make sure they got their Badboy hits and make them surrender for War exhaustion.
