After a moment, Oscar left the bushes, cursed someone's mother under his nose and delicately placed the bow on the grass.

"Don't break it! Or one day we will meet again and I won't hesistate to put an arrow in your head with my new bow." After that, Oscar shrugged.

"Wait, who will now pay me for my services!?"

Biggs let his sword fall to the ground, then dismounted, eyes cast toward the ground. Wedge let his lance drop, but remained in the saddle, though he now slumped, rather than be alert for battle.

Otiros groaned in annoyance before dropping the bow on the ground, remaining speechless for now. That was against everything they taught him, he was some kind of bow soldier after all.

The Exstenese moved forward, restraining Diana's guard and taking their weapons.

At least... Most of the Exstenese did. A few were preoccupied.

Ursa roared like the creature for which he was named as the last of his companions fell. Even in his rage however, a part of him was looking for any advantage he could find. He took it by moving two squares west (into the thick forest) and using a vulnerary.

Chapter 1 Incomplete!

"Hmph. That's the last of them." Isard nods to one of his men, who begin tying the captives together in a long line. "All right, listen up. You are all prisoners, under my protection. If you do as I say, you'll suffer no further harm. If you disobey, attempt to run, or fight, I will put you down myself." One of the men approached Ceil with a length of rope. "Leave the healer be. When she is finished healing her own, she may heal us as well."

Near the back of the enemy formation, a bloodied archer approaches the two remaining swordsmen, who he displays gestures to.

Diana said nothing, merely holding her wrists out to be tied together with her head lowered and her eyes closed.

Ceil gave somewhat of a venomous glare to the soldier approaching her, but at the leader's order, she looked down with a sigh.
: "Very well."
She slowly rounded about to everyone in the party, healing their wounds with care, and sparing an extra moment when passing Diana.
: "Be strong, milady." The priestess whispered lowly as she sealed the princess' wounds. Craning her head high, she directed her next inquiry to Isard, "Who among your forces need medical attention?"

"Any of you who were injured, see the young lady." Isard commanded, prompting three archers and an axeman to approach Ciel.
