Jago ducks to the side, dodging the sword of the swordsman- then he spots Freya, who was less lucky, and felled by a brutal pair of axes.
:"SHIT! Uh, dammit, hang on red-armor, uh... Freya! Freya, just _dammit I'll draw them off and then circle back around and heal you or buy time for someone else to, alright? Fuck..."
Jago runs backwards, back to position to shoot that annoying swordsman.

And with that, Jago proceeded to loose another arrow into the swordsman.

Ursa let out a fell roar that could likely be heard from the capitol, as those accursed arrows claimed yet another life close to him. Healing and thoughts of survival left his mind as he decided to fight to the end.

Diana grunted in pain as she removed the arrow from her arm. It hurt; it hurt much more than she thought anything could, even the light slash she had gotten earlier in the battle.

"I didn't want to die by Exstenian hands... not here, not today..."

She looked over at the downed Freya and Jago. She wanted to go to them, to try to get them on their feet, but she knew she wasn't good enough with medical supplies to accomplish anything of worth - for herself, or for them. Her only option seemed to be going out fighting... unless there was another way.

I'll never see my father or the people I knew at the castle ever again either way... All you wanted was for me to be safe, and yet here the line of Durhiel will end. I'm sorry, Father. At least I can die in a way that will make you proud.

Diana sheathed her sword and raised a hand to get Isard's attention.

"...If I were to surrender, here and now, would you spare my people?"
