Kaje,
The asian market late release was expected a bit, as PS usually outsells them there anyway, especially initially.
The used games issue is still undecided by MS and they state that there will be a strong market for used games.
The TV features sucks, but the issue holding it up is licensing and regulations in EU.
The always on Kinnect features has already been clarified with individuals being able to set their privacy to whatever they want. For example, my paranoid wife already makes sure we unplug the kinnect when it's not in use.
The price difference is because Sony needed a strategy to make the price difference seem clear, so they took out the PS4eye camera. You have to buy that separately and to be honest I am grateful. Sony has poorly implemented their camera sensor games technology while MS has some gems with it and some awful examples. The Xbox one clearly has implemented it in a whole new way and time will tell if it's going to be better. It should also be noted that the hardware of the Kinnect vs the PS4eye is almost an entire hardware generation.
One final issue is the games on offer for launch from both companies, which looks like a decided advantage for MS for most people.
I will be buying both systems as I think they will each have something to offer. I will just be buying the Xbox at launch and the PS4 a couple of months later when competitive pricing kicks in again.
TLDR: there is no clear winner, only one clear loser which is always the consumer.
