Yeah, it's generally not a good idea to cause serious harm to the priests of a religion who you share temple space and have a long, long historical alliance that has never been broken.

If it were just the Good priests and didn't include Shin priests, the High Priest would be like "Kill them all, paint "Haha fuck you" on the walls with their blood, and then do something fun with the corpses."

Yes.

70% as efficient at power blocking, with decay odds of 2%, 6%, and 18%. It's a reasonable compromise between the two, I'd think. Again, price goes up.
