It's index-based encryption. Subtract the character's position in the word (1-indexed) from its ordinal value for alphabetic characters (a = 1, b = 2, etc.).

This one is Slog. Probably should have flip-flopped the green and purple, but overall I think it turned out better than the Cherish wallpaper. If I was truly ambitious I would have figured out how to embed the word "blorble" into every square inch of the background, but oh well.
