Nah, that's not past Ciro, that's RiltiaQuest when we were separated heading into Underside. Thus, we know it ends up with Riltia arriving in Underside Village and meeting Al.

She also has more hair, but I'm willing to chalk that up to artistic license. Check out the shape of the pipe below the one she's in, it's exactly the same as the pipe segment we met Al in. And remember, Riltia couldn't have entered the village from the right, because she didn't pass us on the way to the Chief; she must have come in from the left (Outer Underside or... up above the Worker's Council I guess? I dunno.)

This theory does suggest she got to the village by dodging Searchbots, since that's the segment they were walking around in.
