Round 12: CQC

Ghosty wolves! *Super scary*

Damian Caesar breathes hard again and relaxes. (3) He manages to reduce his fear enough to wear he regains a good grip on his Crossbow.

Aarturius has had enough! He roars and charges Oneshot, who looks up from cleaning out his Musket. (5+1 vs. 6) Oneshot rolls away as Aarturius smashes his Shield into the ground where the shooter one stood.

"I've had enough of your antics!" Oneshot plugged the Bayonet into his Musket. "If you want to fight in close quarters we shall!" He charges his Bayonet at Aarturius. (1+2 vs. 6+1) Aarturius holds his Shield up and manages to get Oneshot's bayonet stuck in it! (3 vs. 1) Aarturius yanks his Shield to the side and Oneshot's Musket flies outwards, into the middle of the arena!

Damian Caesar breathes deeply and closes his eyes. (4) Yes, he's calm now. (+50% chance for additional +1 to next shot.)

Aarturius looks at Oneshot. "This is where it's over for you." (4 vs. 3) Aarturius slams his Shield into Oneshot's Torso, knocking him down. (-4 HP)

Oneshot staggers as he reels from getting hit and lurches for his Musket. (6) He picks it up and manages to charge at Aarturius. (1+2 vs. 2+1) Aarturius deflects the attack and sends Oneshot stumbling in another direction.

Oneshot pants a little, suddenly realising that this is now VERY MUCH not in his favour. He charges in, bayonet first, attempting for either a debilitating or finishing blow.

(Totally hadn't realised that offensive musket use included close quarters. I intended for it to be ranged offensive since a +2's very good. But hey, at this point, it's the only thing giving me a shot...
