Oh yeah, Maximum told me he'd be away until Friday.

Your idiot GM is making the turn...

Round 9: And Then There Were Three

The Rabid, being beaten to death, takes refuge in the far edges of the arena. (1-1) Except it trips on it's way there, causing it be more vulnerable. (-1 to next defensive roll. (Oh jeez))

Aarturius charges up to The Rabid to end it once and for all! (5 vs. 5+1-1-1-1) Aarturius smashes his shield on the wolf's head, smashing into it's skull and tearing it's brain! It lets out a pitiful yowl and collapses.
Aarturius has slain the Rabid!
He is awarded 10 points!

Then he takes his potion. (9 + 6 =15 HP)

Damian Caesar holds up his Crossbow and fires a fast bolt at Oneshot. (6 vs. 2) The bolt embeds itself deep into Oneshot's Right Shoulder! (-7 HP, Right Shoulder Torn: -1 to all two-handed rolls.)

Oneshot bears his teeth and grunts as he rips the arrow out of his Shoulder, blood oozing out of the wound. He lifts his Musket at Aarturius. "This is for killing my wolf!" (6+2-1 vs. 5+1) Aarturius blocks the bullet with his Shield, but it still manages to tear through and hit Aarturius in the chest. (-6 HP)

Fluffy Wambler is Fluffy.

((NOOOOOO, MUNDY JR.! NOOOOOO!

In other news, despite being brutally killed by him, I am still rooting for Oneshot.))

Become ghost.
Bite Aatarius.
Keep biting even though the last couple dozen went right through him.

Reload. Run far away, far enough to be far out of melee range.

Aarturius will enter a defensive position, hopefully boosting his ranged defense. If that's not possible, then close the distance on One Shot, and smash his face in!

Oneshot fires at Aarturius. "Come on and die already!" (3+2 vs. 4+1+1+1) The bullet ricochets off Aarturius's Shield!

Damian runs away from the shooting. He catches his breath. He thinks to himself, (1) "OHMYGODIMGOINGTODIE."

Oneshot loads another shot into his Musket. "We can keep doing this all day, Shield boy!" (6+2 vs. 4+1+1+1) The bullet tears through the edge of Shield and hits Aarturius in his side. (-6 HP)

Oneshot is acting like Mr Mundy, with some lines from him as well. Interesting.
