(( I am I just don't know what kind of system he's got for the mental thing so I have no idea if it's even possible at all. So I wanna find out, pretty simple really rather then wasting time trying something that is impossible in game. ))

Everyone's mad.

Everyone is upset.

Eeeeeeeeveryone.

Are we going to get your states of relaxation amplified or should I be abandoning this thread because people just can't play a game without shouting at each other.

Everyone else is just trying shit and hoping it works.  I don't think Onyx is going to say not let you do it because it's impossible.  As he said, it's an RTD.  What you can do is limited only by your rolls and your imagination.

There, more than likely, won't be a separate rolling mechanic for mental performance. It's still an action, so it'll be rolled the way EVERYTHING else has been.

That's the point of testing it once you get out.  It would be unfair to talk directly to the GM, since no one else is, and not everyone can, or Onyx would get way too many PMs.  Just be like everyone else, and try it out IC.

(( Well if it works in some way like I'm planning then our dear old thought bubble will be in for one hell of a shock :). If not I'll go feral and start attacking everything in sight until I die, but hey at least the risks are clear.
But my main question on it is if it requires an intelligence roll since in theory the action does not use intelligence or thought at all.
I've been careful so far to avoid use of moves that would bring my low I.Q flaw out if I could avoid them, but with luck my idea won't use it.))

Mesor, you're a yeti. I don't think your character gives a single shit about any of us. A yeti is sort of like a giant bear, walking on two feet, and enjoys to eat man-flesh, right? No smarter than an animal. And animals must be put down.

All in favor of murdering the Yeti, say Aye. Those not in favor, say Nay. We'll tally it up, and no matter the out-come, we'll all just keep on squabbling and never get anywhere.

(( Nobody but Onyx can decide if it'll work or not, I'll wait till I have the chance to try it out then find out one way or another.
The basic thought is this.
Instinct's do not require thought at all something happens and you react to it and thats all.
So if I was to submit to my bestial instincts then Valentine could not influence me until I came out of that state and began to have conscious thoughts again.
It would severely limit any actions I could perform but it would in effect make me immune to his thought based moves for so long as the instinctive state remained active and in theory it would not use I.Q at all since the whole point of it is to stop thinking so it would use will or maybe a special roll for instinct alone.
I also figured out a rough way to combat him in his thought state but I have to notice him in my head before it's possible to try it out.
The basic idea being that I close down my mind trapping him inside it then proceed to hunt he's ass through my mind and tear his consciousness into little pieces.
But I don't know how Onyx would make it work.

He's not that stupid, he speaks English, he can weapons and armor, he's a carnivore so he eats human yes just like any other animals does or like a human eats other animals. But he can think perfectly fine he just losses the ability to think clearly in a fight, as long as none of you attack me I won't attack back unless you happen to be unfortunate enough to be nearby when an enemy escaped me.
But if my character has come to like somebody then he won't attack them at all.
He is far smarter then an animal. ))

Sure seems like your character gets a lot of perks. I mean, I know I'm a troll-dwarf, but I don't have the perks of my race. No super regeneration (Trolls can regenerate limbs, or even the head), no night-vision, no dwarven mineral instincts, or supernatural strength...And I even have my weakness to fire!

Unfair! And I only have magic because I trained it over the last dozen turns.

(( Onyx did say near the start you could pick perks and flaws for your character based on what it is, not really my fault I picked some and you chose not too. But I don't have many I have a strength and agility perk and the low I.Q flaw then I have one skill that gets stronger as a fight progresses up to 5 turns. Since he's got low I.Q that means no magic and only physical skills since his I.Q prevents anything more complicated.
Also your magic is stronger then my skill by a mile since you can use it for a massive spell at the beginning while mine starts weak and develops over time.
But come next turn if your close enough I have a deal to offer you that will work out well for you, green and me, assuming you don't try to kill me first. ))

Becoming a killing beast with, like, +3 to hit on a D6 is pretty strong. Magic has flaws; - Fuck up the roll, and it fucks you up. It's more of a wild card gimmick than anything truly useful.

Also, aren't yetis, like, 7-8 feet tall, insanely muscled, strong enough to rip bears in half? Immune to cold, resistant to magic, night-vision, super-scent, very fast...

(( I have no night vision, no scent, no magic resistance, I took his physical boosts to a point but left out a fair few of them, consider him an evolved yeti, like humans he's weaker physically then the original yeti but is also smarter, like humans are physically weaker then we were originally but we are far more intelligent now.  I know it is but it has to build up to that and since it has to be done in a fight I could easily take a wound like say a severe arm wound reduce my strength, reducing the effect of the boost. At it's final stage against a pure fighter then I'd win hands down no problem at all but it's balanced out by a weakness that has not been discovered yet :).

My character has a small boost to strength and agility as a racial perk and is immune to the cold and thats all, then he has 2 skills, blood lust and yeti regeneration, blood lust is only useful if I get lucky since a wound taken before it builds up can counter it's effect and the regeneration take time before it can be used, can only happen once per fight and if it rolls badly will do bugger all good for me.))
