Knew I shoulda brought binoculars...  OH CRAP, He's dead!?

after shaking himself out Vincent cautiously heads back to the water to get samples and get a better look
After a moment of silence for Damien, you approach the ice block and redetermine that you have already determined that the water is water. You look closely, just in case your eyes deceive you, and check your notes on the sampler. Its still water.

((Come on, I'm that shit a shot? that's insulting.))
Picks up gun and knife and heads back to the rover
(muttering) fuck, fuck, fuck. (into radio) Umm... guys, anyone want a gun?
You feel a little depressed that you blew Damien's head off. It'll be a good story to tell to the kids. You stand up, slinging your shotgun onto your shoulder and retrieve Damien's pistol and knife. The knife is covered in blood. Gross. Anyone want this thing?

Get's into rover, and starts it moving towards the camp area.
You still okay there, Jim?

You trip over your own feet and your weapon discharges directly into Damien's face. All thats left of his head is a pitifully small pile of ash and a blackened cranial implant. At least the rest of him is okay.

You jump onto the rover and start it up. Jim clambers up on the rover and sits down next to you. He seems downtrodden.
Yeah..I'm alright.

He doesn't meet your eyes as you speed off towards the survey team's location.

More tomorrow guys, I'm going to bed.

((Really, they're going to blame me? Damn.))
(When we get there) Gets out
Can someone come help me with the gear and Jim here?
Goes to help Jim out of the rover to look at the crack in his visor.

Uhm.. Who's blaming you? Vincent was surprised he was dead and that was it. He saw the message like everyone else, and you never said anything about killing him, just that you were a bad shot.
In fact, Jim's the only one who knows you killed him.

Lay down and attempt to ignore the pain.
"Anyone want to help me here?"

As it turns out, the pen was in fact a poor choice for melee combat in comparison to the sword.
So I just started playing this game and I accidentally nuked the moon.

Man, sorry about not being here as often, but here you go:

Help the migrant previously known as OTHER GEORGE with whatever he's doing. Hopefully he needs help.

((Just posting to say I won't be able to post for a good chunk of today, so just consider me milling about, and if we actually get the camp set upI'm gonna study the water samples for small life, and the blood from the knife aswell.))

Will there be a second wave of Migrants, or do we need to wait until the next round to join?

Goes and examines the wound on Jay's back.
Sorry mate, it's been a bit hectic around here today. You'll be fine.
Attempt to fix the wound.

Jim re-mounts the rover and begins carefully piloting it back to the survey team, looking for a good place to set up the living quarters in the area.

"Perrin- it's fine. I know that it was an accident," Jim said to the medic, not through the radio but via (careful) helmet to helmet contact.
