Umm, where am I currently? I seem to have lost myself...

Uh... I was in the hallway, picking up my scroll...

You did already picked up the scroll of Polymorph (unless you were talking about the scrolls of Etheral Walk or True Sight that Redd dropped). Plus you  Did actually say:

When/if I get there in one piece, I'll detect magic on the new room.

Not in the Graveyard of Fallen heroes, which is all that matters. More specifically you're, uh

[12] Safely on the eastern side of the pit.

Ah. Well, fair enough then. After the holiday break I kinda lost track of where I was. My fault.
So yeah, I loot the room and then hide in the hallway while some poor unlucky rogue searches the place.

Keep communing with nature to find a replacement animal companion, using expensive booze as an offering. Remain blissfully ignorant of the fact that, after the mass slime deaths, she is now the only remaining adventurer to have survived since the beginning of the dungeon.

Attempt to lift one of the coffers. If it's too heavy, cast Half Weight on it until I can lift and throw it at the wall.

Check the coffers then. Also, have a look around the room with my gem to see if there's anything hidden. Do that first.

Since the trueseeing gem turns up nothing, you check the coffers for traps.

[16 + 5] Your trap finding skills also turn up nothing.

Move into the slime room, and start checking out that door on the right hand side of the pictured room.

You check out the door on the eastern side of the room.

[17] Yep, it's a door alright. Definitively a door.

Name: Hanslandia
Class: Rogue
Equipment: Short sword/ Short bow (30 arrows), Studded leather armor with stylish black hood
Items: Grappling hook on rope, assorted thievery kit, empty space x2
Gender: Female. Hawt female.

Hanslandia, who presumably is tangentially related to Hans somehow, walks up to the Tomb of Horrors. What she lacks in hawtness she makes up with fashion sense. :P

Suddenly appear in a puff of antilogic, and check the chests/coffers for traps. Twice. Without touching anything.

I don't see how Hanslandia existence is so anti-logical, so you just walk over to the Living Room.

[13 + 5] After climbing over the pit without any incident, you get to work on the trunks/coffers.

[18 + 5] Yep, no traps on any of them.

Name: Kr'zbin Irongold
Class: Fighter
Race: Dwarf
Gender: Male
Weapons: Hammer and shield
Items: Torches, Really long stick, Grappling hook on a rope.

Proceed to the hallway, pick up the scroll I left behind, and loot the fresh corpses. After I have whatever items I can carry off of them, I get out of the room while a rogue somewhere searches it for an exit.

[7 + 5] Making it safely across the pit, you pick up the Polymorph Scroll and Key from Tarmik the Magnificent's body and the Healing Potion from Hans's corpse. After that, you bugger out of the room.

Then I will go and check on Midna and see if my healing stuck there or if I am jinxed.(I go to where ever Midna is)

Midna is perfectly fine at the moment, so presumably you aren't jinxed.

Keep communing with nature to find a replacement animal companion, using expensive booze as an offering. Remain blissfully ignorant of the fact that, after the mass slime deaths, she is now the only remaining adventurer to have survived since the beginning of the dungeon.

[5]

...

How about grasshoppers? They're pretty cool if you're into insects.

Malaken shall head to tapestry room! And attempt to unlock coffer #12!

[8] The coffer's lock is more than a match for your lock-picking skills.

Razdak darts his eyes around the room, his paws at the ready to cast Gust of Wind at the first sign of trouble.

Well the most threatening thing in the room is Maximum's body order, but presumably you weren't thinking about that. Still, you ready a Gust of Wind anyways.

Attempt to lift one of the coffers. If it's too heavy, cast Half Weight on it until I can lift and throw it at the wall.

The coffers are light enough to throw around.

This can only end badly.
Pick one of the coffers' locks.

I'm going to observe carefully from the doorway. If anything comes out of those chests that is alive, or even just sorta alive, I smash it to bits. If it's a trap, I hide behind the wall.

But what if it's undead? That's basically anti-alive.
