Name: Sock Puppet Man
Sex: Male
Age: 22
Description: Madness is in a few words, something that will make people do weird things. Sock Puppet Man (SPM) has fallen under that influence much in his life. From fighting creatures with eyes in their hands who loved him to traveling through warps. SPM has found his life to be somewhat... Confusing. Otherwise in this point of his life, everything is handled as insane as possible and while not invincible. He seems... slippery.
Origin: From an insane dimension that had a portal ripped open to it, he was thrust into this new world, where SPM has already had many adventures. His insanity from the original dimension had transferred to this one. His mind already lost, he seeked to find a purpose and found that in the Dirty Man.
Traits:Insanity is what this man lives by. It is how he lives how he breathes. He seems quite tough as he seems to be able to take a lot of punishment, and by this trait has survived quite a few moments. Generally luck seems to be on the side of him, or maybe he just is that good at life? A fast moving, luchador style fighter, he is very agile and others should be cautious of his high flying, and surprising attacks. While he is insane, and probably will die as a result, he can be quite charismatic in that he seems to gain allies in others who share his mentality.

Half meter is good. I'd also already planned for it to grow bigger as it consumes matter, but I'm probably going to reverse the other part of your idea. As absorption=Badassery could lead to perpetual Badassery gain. Meaning that I'll instead have your Badassery Level determine the overall amount of matter you're able to absorb at any one time.

This only recently got a surge of interested participants, so you haven't yet missed anything game-wise.

This isn't first come first serve. So just because someone joins late, doesn't necessarily mean they'll be the last into the game.

That said, you seem to be missing the Origin section of your application(though I'm not sure how redundant that would end up being, considering how much of his history is already written down in other suggestion games). Everything else checks out.

Apologies again. I decided to work on the info for all participants rather than just the starting five, in order to save myself time later on. However, it ended up taking more time than I thought it would...but I had some fun putting it all together, so it's not all bad.

Anyway, below is a portion of the info that I'll be keeping track of for all Chosen Ones during their time in the trial. Please take the time to look over your info, and alert me if anything is wrong/missing. Also feel free to put forth any questions or objections you may have about any of it. Better to get it out of the way now rather than during the game, after all.

I'll likely write up the introduction to the very first turn (which gives you the amazing opportunity to actually start playing the game!) after I awaken sometime tomorrow, just to make sure everyone gets a fair chance to review their stuff.

The effects that traits have on Chosen Ones and those around them can vary from situation to situation. They tend to be more subtle, and depend heavily on the personal choices of the individual they belong to. Traits, like many other things, are also tied to your Badassery Level. The potency of their effects shift with the rise and fall of your own power.
Skills & abilities work by either providing Chosen Ones with a static boost to certain capabilities, independent of their Badassery Level, or giving them entirely new capabilities that are tied to the level of their Badassery, and have the potential to be immensely powerful game changers.

While traits themselves change and fluctuate to better reflect those they belong to, gaining a new ability or skill usually requires some notable event or a great deal of effort (or both). But once you have them, they're difficult if not impossible to lose. Traits can affect the skills and abilities you gain by making certain ones harder or easier to attain depending on their nature.
