Squad Leader: "All right boys, we just got a station order.  Let's Mov- wait... Urist Pile, where the hell are your sword, helm, left gauntlet, and breastplate?!"
Urist Pile: "Well Sarge, I thought it was an emergency and left all that behind."
Squad Leader: "What is your major malfunction!  You are not fit for duty yet, get back to the barracks and catch up with us once you have all your gear.  I'm not gonna let a dimple cup like you go out there unprepared and get killed."

Urist McMigrants: Why would we want to move to a place that's already low on food and booze, has no free beds and a goblin siege going on? We'll go next week/month/year.
