Why is there only 1 guy working in the research facility in the quote? Seems like you switched that guy to observatory duty.

Because I forget to update the quote every so often. I'm not using it's numbers for the calculations, so it's not that important.

What would happen if I uplifted them but anyways continue as I did. btw I will post as soon as I find the space race forum.

I will be gone May 19-21 and then I might not post every day because I have exams.

What army? Your ground based army, of course. It's only going to be equipment untill you dedicate pop to it though
