Probably Giant Mosquitoes. Imagine the horror of a bull-sized, bloodthirsty insect that sounds like a helicopter when it flies. Now imagine a pack of 4 setting after you!

Imagine hundreds... That was a fun release.

Hogwash. The Ocelot cannot afford to be bothered by snakes and their pessimistic ways, for its time is far too valuable.

Modesty doesn't appear to be one of the Ocelot's values then? :P

In game, reindeer.  Nothing like having a herd of them in a snowy environment.

In real life, otters.  They're quite possibly the most adorable murder machines on the planet.

With [SLOW_LEARNER], dwarves probably don't sit around and talk anymore. They just stand in the same corner altogether, staring at each other, sticking their bearded lips out trying to make sounds. And giggling when someone actually says a whole word.

Having recently had an early fortress attacked by giant capuchins, i must say they are loads of fun. Their curiosity coupled with their size makes for some hilarious moments. I embarked with more than 20 dogs, and had everyone fight them as they approached. I killed 4 of them, but at cost of 4 dogs, 3 dwarves and a survivor's right hand.

If the Ocelot were any more modest, it might as well be lying about how awesome it is. And, much like myself, the Ocelot is far too honest for that.

To this day the elven warrior castes hunt the enemies of nature for the purpouse of bringing back slain intelligent beings for consumption by their leaders and generals, for the good of nature and the survival of elvenkind.

And that is the story of how napalm was invented.

I've been starting a breeding program of rattlesnakes, to entertain the Goblins. But I prefer tigers overall. Still waiting for tigers to appear on my map, took ages to find the right biome.

Not only are Ocelots epic, but they are in Minecraft(which with mods is basically 3D Dwarf Fortress)

Cave Crocodiles. Between their valuable bits, huge egg clutches, meat to effort ratio, and penchant for absolutely murdering anything you throw them they are my favorite little deathmonsters.

Turkeys. Delicious turkeys...

Haven't run into most other critters yet. Current fort has some traps for a GCS ready, but no luck. And, since an elven caravan was followed by a necromancer siege, and i couldn't let them leave...i have a GDS sitting around... dunno what to do with it yet

Everyone knows the best animal is a shark riding on an elephant's back, just trampling and eating everything they see.

Realistically, Hens. I decided to embark with some chickens, and those hens kept my entire fort fed through a year long siege. I have alot of respect for those ladies.

Beyond that? I've grown to have an affection for any large hunting cat, but more than anyhting... Giant Dingos.

My last for had two, Zuul and Vinze Clortho, and those puppies tore -everything- apart, and occasionally tossed them into the sawblade traps.  They were the craziest dogs I've ever seen and I adored them.
