Got my laptop, finally. Think I'll wait 'til a bug-fix comes in <_< Sadly, too busy to play MC this week anyway.

Hope the LP-RP continues!

Wand of Bone needs a Dark Infuser IIRC

As a problem with the mod pack, the vis valves are appreaing and functioning ingame as those things that pump taint away.
I hate to be "that guy", but could I have an explanation for this? About three different Thaumcraft items are showing up as "tcbafragile" as the name (or something along those lines), and though they have different inventory icons, they all appear ingame as the taint smoker things.
Probably an issue with the smoking chimney mod. Its aesthetic only anyway, try removing that from your mods folder and see if they work normally. As I said, it's a beta release. Anything this complex is bound to have bugs.
Yep, that fixed it. Thanks!

Ok, but using the ID resolver included in the pack would have worked too and you could have kept both mods  ::)

i carnt find any squids and i need jiust e ink sack to get the reasch thing it is so frustrating and my house is on the beach
any tips on how to
Yeah I've had a lot of issues finding vanilla mobs due to the mo' creatures spawning. Squid do still spawn, but its a lot rarer because there are a lot of new water mobs. You could change the frequency of some of the water mobs, or just disable mo creatures.
*nods* the default for Mo creatures does seem to make vanilla mobs rare, I just Increased the frequency of the vanilla mobs
somewhere to around 5 or 6 (with zombies at 8.) to bring them in line with the spawn rate of the "mo creatures"
the settings for mo creatures can be easily edited from the options menu under "global mods settings" this is also where the ID resolver mentioned previously is located.

Corrupt textures are almost always due to optifine in my experience. Try updating to A11 and it should happen less.

ah thank you I'll look into that one, but changing the brightness setting from "moody" to 25% seemed to help me quite a bit.

on the note for key conflicts the "doggy talents" left ctrl for accessing your pack dogs inventory conflicts with everything  :P
I changed it in the config file to TAB by changing
Quote
PackKey=29
to
Quote
PackKey=15

all these conflicts seem to be easily fixed with a little effort, the only mod I've had to remove was Timber and that was by personal choice because...

I use Timber because I personally can't stand chopping down each 'log' in a tree. Feels really really stupid.

I use treecapitator for that. Mainly because it only works on actual trees, rather than decimating your 2000 block log mansion because you accidentally misclicked.

Just finished reading through this, and it is the best minecraft adventure I've seen yet. Admitedly, I haven't seen many, but you get the point.

As it turns out, the pen was in fact a poor choice for melee combat in comparison to the sword.
So I just started playing this game and I accidentally nuked the moon.

Thanks!

Should be able to finish up the next update tonight. Going to get started on some basic alchemy. Just haven't had a lot of time.

No, I definately looked at the hour. And the day is the same. Only difference is the AM and PM.
