designations over z levels all at once now possible

Well, I'll just have to play to find out what that means, now don't I ;)

It means you can now designate up or down Z-levels. Meaning a staircase now only needs two hits of the enter key, rather than twice per Z-level, saving your enter key and hand from stress, and saving you a buttload of time.

Unknown to most but the insane and the mystics, Tarran is actually Earth itself, as Earth is sentient like that planet in Avatar. Originally Earth used names such as Terra on the internet, but to protect it's identity it changed letters, now becoming the Tarran you know today.
Quote from: Ze Spy
Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

I think he meant he was using it as an excuse to immediately play the new version

Toady, you are awesome.

Also, by 0.34, can we assume the game has 1/3 of all the content you want to have in the full version?

Actually, I have a question for the mighty Toady One;  If players/creatures can see through floor grates, can they destroy them from below now?

Most awesome indeed, sir.

It's treated as completely normal because this is Dwarf Fortress.  There's absolutely nothing wrong with surrounding yourself with a wall of flames, only to later realize that you're surrounded by a wall of flames.
There's nothing that can't be solved by hurling fifteen roc birds at it.

All glory to the Hypno Toady One.

My thoughts, almost, exactly, down to the strike through effect. Only, I might have been pursuaded to add emphasize by using an exclamation mark at the end.

Everybody I've talked to in adventure mode seems to crash the game with an access violation error.

Yeah, same happens here. Have you filed a bug report already?

Edit: See here.

mmm how quaint! flocks of giant mosquitoes have torn to pieces one of my guard dogs. while i did assist to it no dwarf was present...
so the stray dog has been gone missing for more than a week!
but really...those flocks of giant mosquitoes...they're multiplying.

“Do something!” she whispered, trying to keep her sight on all of them at once.
Basileus clapped his hands once. The Forgotten took a step forward, attracted by the sound.

There are almost 200 giant mosquitoes in my map and its causing massive lag. Other than that this seems pretty good.
