Well, I'm fine with using art with permission. I just don't want to be stealing art, as happens all too often on the internet. And eventually I'd like to have all original art.

If anyone creatively inclined wishes to contribute some art, feel free to submit something. All images currently in the game should be considered as placeholders, so I hope they will all be replaced eventually.

It's too bad Toady and Threetoe don't digitize their crayon rewards. It would be amazing to have their art all over Riddlelocks cards.

It is now possible to complete the first quest! At least, it should be possible. It needs testing. There are a couple of ways to do it. If you need help, consult the updates in the second post of this thread to see the changes I've made and cards I've added.

Please let me know if anything isn't working. I had to change and add a lot of things, so the opportunities to muck it all up were abundant.

Not sure if I'll do any more today. Possibly. The next step will be adding in another way to complete the quest, so that might get pretty involved. I'll let you know when any significant progress is made.

Strangely, despite all the writing I'm doing for NaNoWriMo, I have still found the time and motivation to work a bit on Riddlerocks. I added a second way to complete the Haulers quest. This one involves politics. At the moment it's quite difficult, since there aren't many ways to gain political influence, but that will change in the future. I have also gone through all the skills and added labels for various levels. 1 is dabbling, 2 is novice, 5 is adequate, and you get a new title every 5 levels after that, ending with legendary at 70. At the moment this is purely cosmetic, but there will be stuff to do with it down the road.

I'm considering being done with the Haulers for now, since I'm getting a little sick of them, and working on something else for a while. (Don't worry, there will definitely be a continuation of the Haulers plot in the future.) I'm torn on what to do next. I've added a poll to see what you guys are most interested in. You get up to 3 votes, and any details you can offer on what you'd really like to see will be taken into consideration.

Thanks to the folks who are answering the poll! I'll try to work on these priorities. Those who say you want crafting skill content, do you have any specific suggestions or requests? What would you like to see happen with the crafting skills? (They will certainly be used a lot in quests and other plots.)

Yes, I noticed that the stockpile card didn't come up too often when I was testing it. I thought it was maybe my bad luck. I have talked to support about it and they said that all the cards should have the same chance of appearing unless they are set to "high" priority. Currently no cards are set to high priority. So it may just seem like it's not appearing so often because we are looking for it. When we don't need it it'll probably come up all the time.

In any case, there doesn't seem to be anything I can do to change the card frequency except set it to high urgency, which would make it come up constantly (which would be a bad thing when you don't need it).

Seems strange to me that the Production Order cards don't increase your Craftsdwarfship.

Sure, I've just unlocked you. I'm not updating at the moment because I'm already behind on my NaNoWriMo novel and I have a lot of catching up to do. After November ends, however, I plan to get back to work on this.
