on that note a turn suggestion.

-Try to teach your cultists the ways of magic. (our magically gifted acolyte just left for Akataki. unless you mean train some more, which would e a good Idea.)
-Develop some interesting new servant. ( since we're close to the forges Warshades would be the best atm.)
-Corrupt the dreams of Akataki from afar, in preparation for your attack.

Your two smiths work day and night, forging
-Arms and armor for your slaves (cultists are more valuable in a leadership role as their minds are mostly intact. and no to bolting armor to the slaves, they have no will but are not yet zombie ghouls so most likely not survive without using power.)
- Bolt Armor/Blades to ghouls.
-statues and Icons ( train smiths by making these trinkets, I bet they give us a power/ego boost as well  ::) )

Cultists should.
-continue logging and mining. dig a trench around the wall in Barrspring fill it with sharpened wooden stakes pounded into the ground.

Actually, he doesn't know much about magic either. Just a few things he picked up from the village witch and priest, a few basic things he figured out himself, and some stuff you taught him directly. He has no training or knowledge of 'proper' magic.
And yes, I did mean the regular cultists.

Also, if you want to make Warshades, arm your slaves, and bolt metal to ghouls... your forge-temple is impressive, but you only have two smiths. Doing all that might take them a while.

yes we need to train some cultists in metal working with trinkets, then move them up to helping arm/armor the slaves.

focus on the arming the slaves as foot solders, quantity over quality as we gear up for Akataki.
then a few Warshades, (not really a great deal more work as its 1 suit of armor + 1 shade.)
the ghouls armor can wait, we might want to turn them into Baneghouls later anyway.

< I whould say we do the opposite. Remember that our main adventage is fear. The twisted creatures will look horrible, and I bet a lot of guards will flee in the meare sight of our more dangerous creatures. Instead, do the Warshades, but make them look scary as hell. Red metal, and so fourth.

< Focus mental power to corrupt/scare the priest in Akataki. Make him warn them on the uppcomming doom. (They will ofcurse think his crazy. But when they actually see the army, they might break and run)

< (If time) learn our cultist new battle magic. We will need som support when we attack the town. And they are to valuable as foot soldiers)

< Flames of madness should keep on the research. Not just pure magic but also about the local culture (evil places, possible unique creatures to create here)  If someone find something interesting reward them slightly.

The cult of the Tall Man + slaves
1) Mine
2) Cut trees

Plan B
Krlnkir Yrlvnt
Creates a magical portal between Barrspring and Asylum

Servants
1)  Amberärshs and 5 spectres - rampage  countryside between Barrspring and Akataki, avoid hard fights
2) Baneghouls, ghouls, 5 spectres: guard the gates, kill anything that comes near

The cult of the Tall Man + slaves
1) Mine
2) Cut trees
3) Forge a new steel gate covered with unholy symbols and images of Krlnkir
4) Worship

  Flames of Madness
Aid Krlnkir Yrlvnt in portal building

Eyes of the Tall Man
Adults = spy
Kids = recruit other kids

Portal:  It will give us a nice  strategical mobility, and allow to merge cults

BTW I prefer plan B, because it allows us to use that workshops, move forces, and our cultist in the church will not have to go outside for resource gathering

I'm completely loving how this story is rolling, updating frequently with no quality lost!

Also, you all know a demon is technically a Fallen Angel right? Or are we dealing with something else?
