Can you provide some of the rules? That would determine their reaction a bit.

Yeah. Become part of the problem, then. Perpetuate the cycle of violence and contribute nothing. Bloody hell.

"No alcohol. From this day forth, we will brew and drink only tea. Starting tomorrow, everyone will undergo intense, mandatory physical training, to ensure you are all working at optimal physical capabilities. This will be followed by a brief poetry session, in which you will each have a turn to express yourselves creatively. Also, from now on, each of you shall have a nickname corresponding to a single letter of the alphabet."

Stretch that into about an hour and a half.

I hope chai tea is common in this post-apocolyptic world, because I'm also in.

Not Post Apocalyptic. Just really chaotic, THe other countries are actually faring pretty well, Think of it more like Russia after its short affair in WW1 and during its Civil war. (I was inspired by Dr.Zhivago :P)

Warren goes off on a speech as to the about the changes he is going to bring to the operation while he holds the two men up at gun point.  Warren details a quite detailed view and expectations to the two men who are now seated, one man looking looking rather contented while the other one seems to be be rather excited, especially at the mention of tea, He likes tea obviously. The other man just seems content with the change in leadership.

The content one introduces himself as Otto, He appears to be in his 30's with some slight scruffle of beard and he choses to wear his grey military cap at an angle with premature grey hair to match. He has a corporals patch on his shoulder and a Hunter patch below it., He wears a non regulation leather jacket over his uniform coat and matching boots with a gladius strapped to his hip.

The excited one introduces himself as  Private First Class Vasia Vercochik! He has a matching cap as Otto and a bright yellow scarf tied around his neck, Otherwise his uniform looks as prim and well maintained as the first day he recived it. He doesnt appear a day over 18 with bright eyes and a charismatic smile, Intrestingly enough he wears a scout patch. A division not well known for its socialites. He has a pair of field glasses in a beautiful leather case on his hip with a large caliber revolver and a bandolier of bullets with only one missing. What a curious lad.

Otto explains to Warren that the reason that they deserted was that Andre, The man you killed, had blackmailed them both into escaping with him and stealing the small mech that they have with them, They had only escaped from a base recently. So these werent the bandits you heard about. Whoops.

No matter, you've just saved these people. Now to take a look at the mech, being an engineer. "I'm going to see if I can't get the mech running. It's not like you can exactly return to base now."

>Check out the mech.

About to update in 10 minutes unless no one posts. If someone does that pushes the timer back by a bit :D

Come up with a cool group name that Warren and the others shall be referred to as from now on. something like...The Three Amigos Musketeers Wanderers!

Time Extension! Also anything that you want clarification on, I know I've been keeping things pretty vague because thats the way I like to do things but I figure I can let some stuff be known.

Updoot:

Warren walks away from the dead body, Are you going to do something about that? Nonetheless he examines the mech. After a swift examination it is a Strider, A two legged walker that stands around roughly 10 feet tall its frame is lightly armored for speed. Its cockpit has two forward facing machine-guns and one rear facing one, The cockpit is open topped with a small windshield and floodlights for the pilot and armor that covers the front of the Strider and extends to the chair of the rear gunner thats about waist high standing and shoulder height seated, it would protect against most small arm fire.. The rear gunner has no armor and its gun has 270 degree firing arcs compared to the forward guns 90 degree arcs, The is a small hitch bar on the back of the strider that a additonal man could stand on and hold onto the rear armor but that removes the use of the rear gun. There appears to be enough ammunition for both guns to survive a few skirmishes and onboard there are a few survival supplies. On the side there is a eagle painted on, A symbol of the Royalist forces.

When you come to checking the engine its Duranium-Coal engine seems to be running perfectly fine, Fuel wont be a issue for awhile. The leg joints seem a bit exposed for your liking but everything seems to be mechanically fine.

You tell Otto and Vasia about your plan for a name and Vasia. Vasia bounces with glee. Otto shrugs and asks "Okay. So what now?"

I was thinking more of a revolutionary movement going against all other factions and seeking to bring an end to the Great War. But as long as we get to have a cool group name, I'd be down for becoming a band of mercenaries.
