Head to the village bar and look for dangerous work for hired guns. (Ninja'd)
Fool that is understanble, The unamed nation the TRIO OF TEA DRINKERS currently are in is pretty much RUSSIA during the civil war

The Tea Company Trio heads westward towards the small village and they get there without a hitch, You spot the smoke raising lazily over the village and people moving from house to house, at a glance, It looks like the war hasnt been here yet. Vasia had been here for some reason and he leans over by your ear to tell you all about the interesting people who live in the hamlet of Varakin, The Blacksmith who replaced his guts with metal and rides a iron steed, Bacchus, The one armed milita man who could shoot a giants eye out from a league away and the horse that thought himself a rooster, Varakin had always been a sleepy hamlet with a romantic air around it that could never be quite hurt by the harshness of war.

You draw closer and spot a pair of crude wooden watch towers flanking the road, a young militaman leans out and says "Keep those guns off Royalist an' we wont have any issues."

You advance through the street without issue although some pebbles are thrown at the Royalist crest on your Strider. When you walk into the bar, "Strelnikov's" everything falls quiet when the patrons notice the Royalist uniforms worn by Vasia and Otto, Some even appear to be reaching for weapons in the smoke but then a whisper passes and everyone seems to relax again but all eyes are still on you three. The bartender is a one armed man with a certain look about him, you can put your finger on it but you continue on to ask your question.

"Deserters and Mercenaries Huh! That sure is a new one." He says dripping with sarcasm, But then he turns to a somewhat slightly more respectful tone "There are some bandits up in the hills causin some trouble for soma the traders movin through here, Think ya can take care of that?"

Stare at the bartender absent mindedly.

Quick Question, Again. How do you guys like the game so far? I'm planning on playing up the whole legendary people are legendary for a reason kind of aspect, I.E Bacchus could really be a cyborg with iron guts, And people of note being able to take down entire squads of mooks, That sort of thing. Or would you like to play the game straight and keep everyone within mortal constraints.

It has a lot of potential. And I prefer my stories with a healthy dose of epic, so I'd be fine with a few reality-bending legends here and there.

I really like the way this story is shaping up. I think legdanry people are legandary for a reason is super cool. For long term plans I think making our way to the captial, slowing amassing an army as we do so, and thentaking it and reunting the contry is a good plan. You guys all ready have the short term figured out. I also think that we should get rid of any Royalist insignas on our stuff and replace them with tea cups.

The one armed barkeep attempts to hold in his laughter at your question, but he really cant, he slaps his one, suprisingly muscular and tatoo'd arm, into the table, cracking it slightly

"You..You guys want to be paid in Tea? I've seen plenty of strange mercs in my time..But you guys really want to be paid in Tea?"
Otto pipes up, leaning into the conversation "Not only tea, We need money to run a buissness as well." Vasia nods, He seems to have lost the silly air about him.

The one armed bar keep nods as he wipes a tear of laughter from his eye "Alright you pack a jokers, How about this, Three pounds of tea, A Sevendy-Five Old Goverment coins and four pounds of jerky?" A generous offer, most farmers make maybe twenty coins in a month

(Quick Russian. Strelnikov translates to "The Shooter")

Warren held out his hand to shake the barkeep's hand and confirm the offer.

The bartender takes your hand and shakes it, As he leaned forward to shake it you notice a large caliber hunting pistol, single shot, often used to hunt big game, Vasia gets an exciting look but the bartender notices "Its just for keeping things quiet around here, Nothing more....Oh. The bandits, They seem to be striking out of the hills to the Nor'Eas." With that information you nod and walk outside, Quickly the trio works scraping out the crests from the equipment. You draw a rather rough outline of a teacup on the strider with the crowbar.
It seems to be around 1 or 2 judging by the light filtering out of the clouds.

What do you do now?

Let loose a fearsome battle cry as we charge forth in the general direction of the bandits.

No, we are fighting agianst a large force of enemies, if we sneak up to their base we can take a lot of them out. Let's at least try to use the element of suprise, we should also ask Vasia why the giant gun excited him.
Also: do most people in this world use mechs or are we unlikely for fight off bandits with mechs?
