And I was hoping I would be able to roll the turn now. Anyway, I'll roll the turn in 2  hours so if anyone wants to take the last spot, go ahead.

Note on crates: I unpacked some of them for you.(You got 2  items(crates) for free.) Wherether you get the third one depends on a roll. As for Nirur Todir, I'll let you have the glasses for free, so you will at least get one of the crates.

Also, after this turn I'm going to put a lot of stuff into a common inventory. You can't drag everything with you.

Timetraveling Rtd Turn 1: The end of the World

Turn 1: The end of the world

And so it ends...
After seeing innumerable species pass by, after flying through the void for almost 5 miliard years, accompangied only a liveless rock, after enduring so much the end is yet so simple. A lump of ice almost 100 kilometers across, traveling at nearly one third the speed of light is about to hit the earth. Nobody expected it, the humans, despite their intellect and massive telescopes were only able to spot it one day ahead. Most of them didn't even know before a second sun lit up in the sky, not even the religious apocalyptists. However, some of these curious beings survived the death of their planet. They escaped their planet mere seconds before it's destruction, and flew of through the infinity of space and time in their magnificent time machine. It was them who had to carry the legacy of their planet, making it's name known and famed thorough the multiverse.

This is their story

As the topsecret governement base started to collapse around them, the humans scrambled to gather supplies and stock them in their T.M. ... Tyrin stumbled and barely made it into the Time machine, failing to bring anything with him.... Hilda wasn't very succesfull in bringing things in either....Rhys grabbed one of the weapon crates, but as he made his way back to the timemachine he was hit by a burning piece of the collapsing building..., breaking and burning his left arm but knocking him safely into the time machine.... The crate proved to be very valuable indeed, containing a Auto-aiming rocket launcher and 5 rockets. ...Franz hurries and manages to stack not one but 2 crates into the T.M.......One of them contained some mysterious but dangerous looking weapon while the other was filled with 10 power cells.... Edward failed to drag spare parts aboard the ship, though he had made sure the medicins were onboard first.

Someone pushed the Depart button and the whole thing started to hum, with crystal glowing softly. Then suddenly, with the sound a banana makes when stepped upon, the whole slipped out of this universe, on it's way to a new and exiting adventure.... With loud thunder and lightning the T.M reentered reality. You aren't really able to see what's going on, but through the some of the holes in the Titanium armor you can see wath appears to be an airship. This is followed by the realization that the ship isn't standing on firm ground and is in fact incapable of flight. A few seconds later there's the sound of a collision and a loud Klang of metal hitting metal, luckly the ship is stuck firmly. All the lights go dark and the T.M doesn't make any noise anymore.

When you look outside you can see that you're in some kind of tower and just hit a rather large bell. Looking through the ruined clockface you can see the river Thames, quite a lot of London and 2 airships flying towards you. You also spot regiments of clockwork guards and other machinery marching through the streets. These too are coming in your direction.

Time machine:
Damage: Minimal
Charge: Completly discharged
Supplies:
1 rocket launcher
5 rockets
10 power cells
1 mysterious machine(Runs on power cells, looks dangerous)
1 crate of medicine

I'll just take my chef's knives, as long as someone takes the digital map. And a gas mask, if no-one objects, but I won't equip it yet.

So... anyone good at talking? Explaining, specifically?

Some medical attention in splinting and dressing my arm might be nice. This is frustrating as I was hoping to wield the mystery weapon rail gun or rocket launcer. Alas, the laser rifle might be my only option, what with it theoretically having no recoil and hence useable with one arm...

"So, London then. But not one I am familiar with. When the hell are we, and how long before we can get the hell outta here?"

The chances of getting lost now are quite small, considering that you just crashed into Big Ben.( A larger version than our Big Ben, so you guys can safely exit and enter it the TM and there's no risk of having the T.M fall out of the tower.

Ah. Yes. Well.

I'd like to take my knives and sharpener and a gas mask.

I'm good at blaming things on other people, so maybe not. Anyway, I'm going to find something interesting. Also, I don't think you rolled for me in the first turn. So, time to get the hell out of here.

Get the hell out the T.M, find a way down Big Ben, and dissappear into the crowds. If anyone questions me about being one of the Time Travelers, say, that I went into big ben to try to get to them, but they'd blocked the way up.

'Course with Dwarf Fortress, the only relevant question is, "How far away will the ASCII gibs splash on landing?"
5 squares per limb, if you raise the north orthoclase bridge before sacrificing one of them so they have a straight shot to the bottom of the chasm.

Making Tea doesn't require a roll.

Also, you're wearing 2200 era clothing, made from fabrics that haven't even been discovered here. Neverthless I'll let you try. Just note which items you'll take with you.

P.N: Someone griefed the wikipedia article on the victorian age. Luckly I have some basic knowledge about it, otherwise you'd be talking to Kind Batman and his Assistant Justin Bieber.

Edward briefly examined Rhys' wounds to ensure no wounds were immediately life-threatening. Finding none, he began opening the medical crate. "You stay there, and try not to move your arm any more than it has been. I'll need a few minutes to grab what I need, as we might get dragged off to explain ourselves."

Open the medical crate. Hastily prepare myself a first aid kit in whatever bag I can find: Bandages, antiseptic, alcohol wipes, painkillers, something to sew wounds with, burn salve, and a multii-tool. Iodine tablets would also be handy, and whatever else Future World has that's in the crate and would be useful for an easily portable first aid kit.

Pass Rhys some painkillers.

Descend Big Ben and explain to the onlookers that we are secret agents:

"Loyal subjects of the Queen! We were this afternoon trying out Queen Victoria's latest secret weapon, a technologically advanced flying craft, when we were set upon by the dastardly French and barely managed to flee after slaying no fewer than three dozen of the Revolutionary Fiends."

"It is of utmost national importance that no one touch our craft! To do so would be tantamount to High Treason! We must travel to the University of Oxford to find a scientist capable of fixing our craft so we can once more do battle with the perfidious and sadly Republican French! They are developing a flying machine of their own. They must not succeed! Someone summon me a carriage! My colleagues shall attend to the unfortunate damage wreaked upon this most glorious of national monuments!"

Please try to put your actions in black and place them in one post. Makes it less likely for me to miss them. Cross obselete actions

*raises hand*

Did I not get a roll for my nicknacks, at least? D:

Hell, did I even get a mention in the first post, aside from my Character sheet? *checks* Nope. Le sadface.

"Crashing inta Big Ben? How classy..." Shaun sighed, resisting the urge to palm his face. He looked around the craft, exiting it and examining the damage. "It isn't too damaged... good." Tapping his chin, a habit he's always had for when he's thinking, he walked around the craft a few times, trying to figure out in his head not only what he'd need to repair the damned thing, but also how long it would take to recharge.

Figure out how to fix the T.M, and how long it'll take to recharge.

Okay, since I didn't get my crates, could I instead maybe get a Notepad of +1 Scientific Calculations? It could just be the notepad that was included in my character's description, and it would save you having to retcon my turn in.

"Hold everyone!" Tyrin said, rubbing his head from the impact of the T.M. "We need to stick together here, nobody leaves each other and such. We're in the-...Victorian era?!

"Well, that just makes it worse, I have no knowledge on that but we need to account for everything we have."

If anyone leaves, let them, but watch from a distance and find any long-ranged weapon.

((I really wanted a rifle, even the single-shot ones...Sticking with the taser and a charger for the taser that runs on solar power.)

"Does this Machine run on power anyway?"

"Indeed it does, it recharges... on ambient power, something to do with the Black Matter Vortex theory that derives all of it's energy from Void-space, or the space in between different universes, which has infinite and zero energy at the same time... which of course leads into the Dimensional Tree theory, stating that for every action made, numerous other 'instances' happen, detailing every possible outcome which leads into each a new alternate reality... Basically, it runs on power and recharges itself. If you give me a moment, I'll tell you how long we have untill it's recharged." Shaun nodded satisfactorily at his explanation... It sounded understandable enough that normal people should be able to understand. With that explanation done, he continued to survey the machine while thinking through the mental calculations to find the time required for the T.M to recharge. Pausing, he tapped his chin twice, pulled out his note-book and pen, then started scribbling down his mental calculations in thin, tilted script.

(By the way, imagine everything Shaun says in an Irish accent. It makes it more amusing :3)

((Read it twice, first in normal voice and second in pseudo-irish.  :D ))

Tyrin rubbed his nape with his right hand, "I got half of what you said there, M' not that technologically inclined. Well, it seems that we've in the past, and from what Rhys over there says, we've in London." Tyrin then let out a small chuckle.

"Heh, London. Funny when you say it that way. I wonder if the locals would notice us in these fancy garments."

Observe the locality and everything else, in short, Observe what Hilda's action would do to those below.
