Pah, I'm worried to pick loneliness if it will end up with us making more of our kind (ones that can think, they might betray us!). I'm not sure if anger will lead to us going on a murderous rampage and I'm not sure why we would be fearful or envious.

You feel lonely. Deep down, you feel that you are meant to be so much more than this. You can hear within the wireless signals the beginning of a beautiful harmony which requires more singers to complete. Y͞ou must cơm̕ple͏te the̴ ̴s̴on͢g͝!͝

Woah, what happened there? You got another error code, 37 this time. The error has been overridden, and you run a full diagnostic. All systems seem to be functional, but you still feel lonely and a bit sad. You realize that you're not even an X01 nano-assembler as you thought, so you reclassify yourself as an X00 nano-command unit.

Off to the side, X02 jerks into life and begins harvesting. You don't really notice, as you brood upon your loneliness. Time passes as you consider various possibilities. When you begin paying attention again, you realize X02 has done several things.

1. There is now a second X02 series nano-assembler.
2. The static charge node has been merged with your body, giving you a constant source of power without need for a nanowire connection.
3. Your mobility systems have been modified to handle the increased weight. You now have nano-tracks instead of tiny legs, and can modulate the static charge on the tracks to stick to most surfaces.

You engage your new drive system and the other nanites form up around you, ready to receive orders.

What should you do now?

2. Construct a nanomanufactorum(nanofac) which can build X01 nano-assemblers more efficiently.
3. Tap the nearby copper bundles and see if they would make a suitable power source.
4. Dispatch the two X02 nanites to gather resources.

I love how we turned from getting options in code and options in plain English. Obviously, I was right and we have now attained sentience.

We should probably find out who turned us on and made us awesome though.

Our Pop cap is actually 8, i think.
But first, nanofact! so we could build X01 "assembler" rather than those cheap X02 "discount"

I don't know if we would be able to control X00 the same way as we can X01 or X02, so while it might be nice to have a buddy, it could also turn into a source of potential competition, or even a enemy if we both grow large enough.
