Turn 5 (Sorry for the wait, it was a busy day weekend. It's been busy.)

Your manipulator array gathers up dust and other contaminants which contain usable carbon and sorts through the material, weaving graphene sheets of pure carbon. You stack the graphene sheets neatly next to the small steel cube.

You still need:

A small amount of conductive metal, such as copper, silver, or gold.
A bit of silicon.

This occurs while your logic array is processing the construction information for the assembler, and you realize that you do not have to follow the construction plan exactly. Struck by what can only be described as inspiration, you examine the graphene sheets again. With a little bit of work, you believe that the carbon you have gathered here could be worked to form not only the logic array and circuitry but also the conductive pathways of the new nano-assembler. It would entirely replace the need for copper, in fact. New nano-assemblers would require only carbon and a small amount of structural material to produce.
