Noraiah leapt up in glee, jumping off the rock wall as she heard the joyous sound of water. Oh, how Mother and Father would-
Oh right, they're asleep...Don't think I should wake them up, and they don't mind me going off again...
With a happy expression, she silently moved along the cave wall, trying to get nearer to the water source.
I never knew we had a lake.
You try to get nearer to the waterfall. But the rock drops off steeply just barely into the room, so you're as close as you can get. And apparently it's not a lake: The water falls down far further than you can even see in this low light.
Merysta craned her neck toward Tale to get a better look at him, then shrugged and headed toward the building. "Thanks," she said over her shoulder as she walked away. When she got to the door of the building, she knocked as well as she could while still holding the Thing. There it goes again! I hadn't thought about it in a while... almost forgot I had it. She sat on her haunches, tail swishing slightly, and waited for someone to open the door so she could shove the Thing in their face and ask them what it was.
Merysta knocks on the door of the Mage's Guild and accosts the person who opens it for answers about the Thing. All the information s/he can give.
You knock on the front door and bug the person who opens it about what this Thing is. [Mage Int:2+1]: He seems stumped and shrugs.
Someone else passes by and you bug them too. [Mage2 Int:6+1]: She says it's not magical, so chances are no mage will know what it is.
Hmm...
Anthramarux made a bored sound. How could Humans just sit in silence like this!
She decided to talk to the woman in metal armor next.
"Hello. You probably remember me, Becky Blackstone. What brings you on this trip? You don't seem like a soldier from around here..." She said, smiling.
She responds apathetically. "I'm a mercenary from the Golden Company, I was just finishing off a bandit kill contract. And I can't say I recall ever seeing you."
To the side, you hear the male and female villagers talk to another, smiling. "I'm so glad Dal gave us some extra cash. I was dying to get some Soco bread." The woman says.
"My guess is it's because of that Orin Wine. His hint that he wanted some more wasn't exactly subtle." The man says, chuckling.
The man with a large box interjects himself into the conversation. "Orin Wine? I'd recommend Cale Dam Wine instead if you can pay for it. The stuff's great."
Cornos scoffs at the man with the box. "Cale Dam Wine? Yeesh, I can understand drinking a little wine once and a while, but Cale Dam Wine way too intoxicating to be a good wine." He says, before returning to reading his book.
Kin felt overwhelmed by the amount of information that he had his attention slipping a few times, but he felt it being fair. "I accept the rules and I will make it happen."
Taking in the position of the sun Kin felt he knew which way was north. Preparing himself for a takeoff a fleeting thought crossed his mind: "I wonder what boars taste like?" before flying low to Girring.
You take off north, towards Girring. You eventually find it and land in the farms, near a bunch of farmers. "Woah!" A female farmer exclaims as she jumps back slightly, surprised at your arrival.
Also, I won't be able to will have a harder time to do a proper action within a three-day limit now that our family is renovating the house for the next five - ten days. Just so you know if there is no action from me under this time.
I kinda dropped off the 3-day limit, so you don't need to worry too much.
