That's good to hear, I enjoyed it as well.
Can't wait until next week, for real.

Reading through the transcript now, and I've realized that I've forgotten to actually show anyone my character.

Does everything look good? I'll do a bit of research before finalizing his back story.

EDIT: What specific year does is this going to take place? Can I at least have a ballpark figure?

We've decided to use the Drama system instead of Luck, and you couldn't put points into Luck with the original ruling any way.
I suggest you put those proficiencies into just Crossbow and Cut & Thrust (or Sword and Shield seeing as you have a saber, which is better for cutting. Also, shields are always good), because having a bunch of low proficiencies isn't really all that good. More so, because you've got quite a lot of cp reducing gear. Unless all of those 1's are all defaults. Then I'm the derp.
Also, You should go by Nazar, as Dmitri is already taken.
Yes, Faith would be Orthodox.

However, everything else looks good. You've got good crafting stats and skills, and your combat stuff isn't bad if you do as I suggested above.
And no, you don't need to fill out your personality.

Oh, we're in the mid-1460s.

Drama is like fate points from Dark Heresy, only you start with none, meaning you get them through playing the game, and you can use them to advance your character (as in, transfer them to SA points).
There's probably more, but I don't feel like opening up Companion at the moment.

Must have misread it or something. I'll be fixing that then.1

Improving Cut and Thrust to 3 gives a +1 to all those other proficiencies, I only started with 6 (Half into Cut and Thrust, half into crossbows). According to the game manual sabres went under cut and thrust, though I could have misread that. I'll change to Sword and Shield if I misread it wrong, or it sabres just work better under it.1

Also, You should go by Nazar, as Dmitri is already taken.

Dmitri is his middle name or something, assuming that they even had middle names back then. But yes, his name is Nazar.

And no, you don't need to fill out your personality.

Excellent, though I'll probably will fill it out at a later date1, just to put all my ideas on paper, so to speak.

Oh, we're in the mid-1460s.

Curses. Too late for the Great Feudal War, too early for Ivan's attack on Novgorod. I'll have to rethink my background then.

1. And by fix or change I mean I'll wait several hours until I can actually get to the computer that has the character generator so I don't change stuff and forget about it on my character sheet.

Ah, so all of the 1's were defaults. You don't have to write those down, then.
Also, I still suggest that you go with less armor, as it reduces your already low cp. I understand that we didn't force you into making you didn't make a combat character, but if it does happen, it's usually better to have more cp than armor. If you were intending to be able to take a bunch of hits, and be fine, chain isn't really all that good for that either. It's usually better to be able to block and attack in the same exchange than just one or the other, especially when your armor is only so good. Also, shields are good at blocking missile weapons, and those will probably be coming in to play soon.

Dmitri is his middle name or something, assuming that they even had middle names back then. But yes, his name is Nazar.
Yeah, that's what I assumed, but I didn't want to cause any confusion on the off chance that he was going to go by his middle name.

Okay. I'll switch to a lighter set of armour and get an actual shield then. It'll all work out somehow.

I'm ranged. Kinda. I have a crossbow and 200 bolts, fine quality anyway. Any advice as to what we should do to help us get into Wallachia?

Not that it's a bad thing.

Every battle we don't get into is one less chance for us to die.
