You have more than a day, feel free to take your time.
You could be both a blacksmith and a carpenter, with the way skill packets work.
Also, yeah like Atomic said, you needn't worry about supplies.

I, for one, welcome our new Mongol overlords... :P
Hehe, just make sure to explain any actual differences the time change makes, as I was clueless enough about the setting as it was!

Oh, and USEC: Don't worry about the party, just make whatever character you want! No-one gives a flying donkey about 'what's best for the party'!
...Or at least I didn't. :-\

It's generally more advanced, but only slightly.
Pretty much the only difference in Russia is not being ruled by various mongol khanates.

Also, Phantom, do you have the Riding skill?
You know you can't ride bears without it.

Ah, never mind. You have Riding -1.

Yoink has a bow, and Phantom has a crossbow.
I think someone else also has some form of bow, but I don't remember.

In addition to Glaives and Swords, of course.

You guys can get guns, you know?
And you know I will probably use them against you, right?

I mean, just sayin'...

But, but guns are expensive, and take a long time to load! Besides, if I remember correctly, firearms weren't widely used in Europe yet. Heck, I'm not sure if the Ottomans started using them yet. The Safavids sure aren't around yet either.

Also, tis a shame that it is 1460s, lack of Byzantines.

Byzantines were gone by 1420s, friend.

Yes, smoothbore firearms over easier to use crossbows.

...At least Hungary is the only country using them widely.

It's the late 15th century, of course there'd be firearms!

Yes, smoothbore firearms over easier to use crossbows.

...At least Hungary is the only country using them widely.
Actually, firearms were easier to use than crossbows. One of the main reasons that firearms weren't widely used was that the materials and production were much more costly.

Fuck Hungary. WITH GIANT SIEGE BEARS!
Giant siege bears, check.

But, but guns are expensive, and take a long time to load! Besides, if I remember correctly, firearms weren't widely used in Europe yet. Heck, I'm not sure if the Ottomans started using them yet. The Safavids sure aren't around yet either.

Even earlier than that, I'm pretty sure.

Also, if we'd stuck with the 1420s, Yoink would have had to have a different character concept. He'd be more like the guy making sure Atomic paid the khanate, instead of the outcast runaway that he is now

EDIT:
Also, have you guys figured out your height and weight and stuff? I know Phantom has, but I don't know if you guys have or not.
I mean, it doesn't really matter, but I'd like to know because I may or may not be making a shit-masterpiece again.
Also, a description of what your character looks like on a regular day (and/or in combat) would be appreciated.
