"Smile, darn ya, smile!
You know this old world is a great world after all,
Smile, darn ya, smile!
And right away watch lady luck pay you a call.
Things are never black as they are painted,
Time for you and joy to get acquainted.
So make life worthwhile
Come on and smile, darn ya, smile!"The lyrics drift to your ears, and fit the scene in front of you quite well. Brightly colored objects move with extreme animation, every object has a face and is moving around singing this song. A large singing sign seems to dance in place, as the large bulky letters proudly exclaim: Welcome to ToonTown. Everything in this world looks like a cartoon, but seems to have physical mass.

~ Molded Gasoline Flame Thrower ~ [195] Astor the weaponsmith (Ukrainian Ranger.cycle 2)
This flame thrower is made from reformed and molded pieces of disected car parts. The main of the tank is a gastank from the vehicle, and the hose leading to the metal nossle is a long fuel line. Complete with straps to hold the tank on the back of it's user, this weapon is great for roasting marshmallows with only a small amount of gasoline flavor.
~ Heavy Laser Tripod Mounted Little ol' Number ~ [262] Astor the weaponsmith (Ukrainian Ranger.cycle 2)
This automated defense turret is mounted on a two foot tall three-legged tripod. The main body is a red box, with a weapon muzzle sticking out of one side. The turret has a guidance system that rivals the best tracking ever invented, and somehow it was made from a simple laser rifle, and a car radiator. You should be very glad it is safely here in the gallery, where it cannot be pointed at you.
~ Soul Powered Corpse Car ~ [155] Murdoc the Necromancer (Weirdsound.cycle 2)
Living flesh is stretched over this car frame. A jumble of hands, feet, arms, and legs make fleshy wheels, and the engine is a composite of internal organs. A metal frame can be seen from time to time, as the shifting flesh moves. The souls of the people used to create the monstrerous transport moan and groan at their torment.

Toon. Why'd it have to be toons. You leave the portal on unsteady feet, with a prayer to try and gather something from this crazy world. However, everything you try and pick up moves in your hand, some scream or make suggestive comments, as large cartoon eyes and faces appear on just about anything you touch. Before long your nerves are at their end, and you defeatedly slump your way back to the Aglaia.

Toons arn't exactly known to be lacking in explosives. Especially with that warehouse having 'ACME' written on so many crates. However, every box you check seems to have random toon items inside, no rockets or TnT or explosives of any kind. You return to the ship empty handed.

You Look at your diamond, then you look at your ring. Something inside your head snaps, and the world goes white. You wake up later with a slight headache. In the center of your work station is the ring, adorned with a gold enlay, set with the diamond, and main crystal raindrop. The swirling band seems to be engraved with shapes of dwarves, and strange rings of a bright blue metal hang on either side of the gemstone setting. Everything about the ring screams of the highest craftsmenship. You wonder just exactly what happened, but take the ring anyway.

Put the car in the Gallery. Gather Toons.
You roll the vehicle into the Gallery, and it is surrounded by the routine blue light, and a small plaque appears in front of it.

Well, if it's one thing toontown has, it's toons. But you want to find the exact one that is perfect for your creations. Wandering through bouncing streets, and talking buildings, you look around the strange enviornment. Nothing seems to strike your fancy, everything being too animated and too bright and cheerful for your necromancy. You return to the ship eventually, but are surprised to find that you are not alone. Apparently you were followed, as a grey toon rabbit has stowed away on your back as you walked through the portal. Back at your station, it hopps off, pulls a toon carrot out of who-knows-where, and begins to chew while sitting on one of the workstation counters. It swings it's legs idly, and between mouthfulls looks at your incredible stare and asks, "eh... What's up doc?"

And I also now realize that I gave the NECROMANCER one of the most beloved cartoon characters ever.
This should be good.
