It is to the east, and with your slope at a 50% cargo hold will arrive there in 10 days. Also magic can be learned, or if your lucky you will get a mage when your ship docks at Fort Renard, and picks up a group of Colonists.

Turn - 7, First Day Passes, and Work Continues


Your settlers decide to rest, and after several minutes everyone is asleep except for the two guards by rotating shifts everyone gets some sleep, and when they wake up it is almost dawn. They fix a quick breakfast of porridge, and water then get back to work chopping trees, and plowing the fields to get them set for farming. Meanwhile the Deadmeat, and the spare settler go out, and gather more sticks, and bark.

What are the uses of bark? But anyways, I still suggest the two leftover settlers go dig a mine entrance. It goes straight down. We could mine so, that we'd have natural steps for going up and down. It should be just northwest of the most northwestern tent.

(Updated Next Turn)

Your people finally finish plowing the fields, and Deadmeat sets to work seeding the field as the sun rises even higher into the sky. Your men are doing quite well, and are nearing the stage of the trees finally falling with this first load of muber you should be able to construct a small fence part the way around the camp, some canoes, or even just sharp stakes  to help fend of attackers (Though with this you may need a trench to help slow them down). Meanwhile Ott sets about weaving baskets to carry fruits they harvest in the forest, or the results of their hardworks in the field come harvest time.
