Question: Is the occasional hardmode boss acceptable though?

With TShock, you should be able to spawn them at will without activating Hardmode, so I think that should be alright.

I was in THE END again. I was mining the endstone and you know what? The dragon is annoying beyond belief. He was hardly doing any damage but because he has noclip on for endstone he kept just poking me. Its like he was this giant child going "Im not touching you" over and over. If the hunters guild was not planning on killing him as a team I would so consider killing him just so I could mine endstone in peace.
