Kael is proud to present use of his spare PC to the Dwarf Fortress Community [DFC] gamers as a game server.

We are currently running:
TeamSpeak3

Server status: UP 24/7 unless something bad happens.

Teamspeak is a voip program in the vein of ventrilo and mumble. Use it to organise MP games! or talk about DF or just chat. :]

for starters... It's not that bad normally, but we can change spawns at will now.

Beta testing cutting-edge TShock server software allows the spawning of bosses, endless bloodmoon and invasions, items, stars, meteors, changing mob spawn rates, and general awesomeness. I have been in contact with the TShock programmers, who are cool.

Spawns are a bit higher than regular Terraria. Prepare for FUN.

TShock also allows me to check the log and kick and ban griefers... So don't be a dick. I maintain that the best moderation is that which you hardly notice, don't force me to hand out warnings, kicks, and bans. I am proud of the level of chill I have seen while playing with the DFC and maintaining servers for DFC in the past.

We're up again! Server software and Terraria update mismatch. I was able to salvage our old map. We can take up as many players as we want, I doubt we'll ever hit the upper limit now.
