I know I'm not in the game, but I have to ask: If somebody doesn't make it in, what happens to that person's player who is now stuck without a server?

But Dave needed the Intellibeam Laserstation to get another disk...
I will simply assume that, as an AU, the rules here will be slightly different for the sake of the plot.

He needed another disk because his was already used for Rose.

Players here don't have disks. Of course, that poses a different challenge for them...
