It's supposed to foster teamplay more, I think, if not anyone can do anything, and instead has to rely on other players to fill the holes in their arsenal.

I'm not sure what stealth camo is as I haven't played the game, it sounds rather OP in any case.
But yeah, if you are physically able to carry things why shouldn't you be able to? Obviously carrying that much stuff should make you rather slow, loud and ungainly, you shouldn't be able to just cram things in your hammerspace.

The old MGO didn't have a class mechanic and it was excellent. This seems like they're just trying to ape other popular online, mutiplayer games.

Having the ability to do every skill is dumb because than everyone will find out The Perfect Loadout and nobody will ever use anything else, thereby ruining the meta and making the game a festival of death and suffering to all those that haven't unlocked everything in The Perfect Loadout.

Or just make the game very well so there is no "perfect loadout". Don't have to compensate for the game sucking if it doesn't suck.

Are you saying classes are any better? Then you just have everyone playing as a sniper.
Or as whichever class has the most spammable explosives.

Edit: I agree with Neo. One game that did an excellent job of classless multiplayer was TLoU. I know most of you wouldn't have played it, but maybe look up videos of the multiplayer or something. It was great. Before they decided to release overpowered DLC, anyway... *sigh*
