Arogeth really is the god of the volcano and at a critical moment, he accidentally activates it showering the undead dragon with the fury of the earth, !!MAGMA!!
Arogeth warns the natives of the heathens who would dare strike against their great and magnificent god, thus they arm themselves and prepare traps to fight invaders!
Unfortunately, Argodeath suffers from the one thing most undead do, Missing parts.
-----------
(Counter Taric) Argodeath has no problem with missing parts because the demons had filled him with human flesh O.o OR the two main heroes had been currently boating out to the place, and they were never on the highway. One of them got bored and decided to magic his way there AND NOW THEY ARE THERE TO SEVERELY MAIM AROGETH AND TAKE HIS HOARD!
(Counter V-Norrec) All the volcano erupting really does is cause the island to start sinking into the ocean. At an alarmingly fast rate. He'll have to find a new home now, unless he plans on growing gills.
Argodeath picks up the scent of Arogeth... Ensue the APOCALYPTIC BATTLE to decide the fate of the world!
(V-Norrec, M=3: 6. Theo, H=4: 4.) Arogeth accidentally causes the volcano to erupt a second time. Somehow, this causes the island to start sinking?
Perhaps it was Load-bearing Magma? In any case, he'll have to get ready to high-tail it with his followers if at all possible! (Dwarmin, M=3: 1) Argodeath tries to pick up Arogeth's scent but unfortunately the smell of his own rotting flesh and bones prevents him from following any sort of scent trail, ever. He'll just have to find other means to track the wily dragon down.
(Taric, M=3: 2. Powder, M=3: 5.) Through all the psychic energy of the ghosts emerging and the power of the volcano exploding, a rift opens in the space time continuum and Thrak and Lucky Daigo (who never earned his nickname more than in this moment) are hurled back to the surface approximately one minute after the island started sinking. They watch it sink and decide that, hell, they'll just wait and see if they can spot the dragon flying away, and then follow him. They're not going to go back through those dangerous tunnels just to get to a sinking island; they aren't that stupid. (Krath, H=4: 5.) Arogeth manages to signal the villagers now is the time to head to the mainland! They gather their forces and set sail in their boats (the monsoon''s over by now, naturally) as Arogeth takes a large one to store his hoard in and flies away with it in his claws.

*Arogeth is, again, homeless. He does have a following of islanders, though.
*The humans and elves are locked in a war with demons and are suffering heavy casualties! The dwarves have already been completely wiped out... but have come back as vengeful ghosts, wiping out any that dare enter their tunnels.
*Arogeth's scales are more durable than that of most adult dragons due to the power of his healing scepter.
*In the hoard is: a sizable amount of gold coins, two steel bins filled with various gemstones, a unicorn horn, several obsidian carvings of himself, a bronze figurine of a lion, a gem-encrusted adamantine crown, more gemstones, and a ruby-studded elven scepter that can cure wounds. This is all stored in a large, pirate-style ship the islanders captured.
*Two heroes, an Orc Berserker named Thrak Shadowstalker and a Stormdancer known as 'Lucky' Daigo Zamfir, have survived an impossible situation due to a rift in the space-time continuum and are still stalking Arogeth. It's getting a little creepy.
*Kikubaaqudgha, Demon Lord of the undead legions now plaguing the countryside, is still looking for Arogeth... and he's made a triple-sized zombie dragon named Argodeath to help him search!
