...Reading over the last turn, I can only reflect: Man, have I gotten a lot better at making/writing characters over the last decade (or at least I think I have. I hope so).
You may think I was joking with that god-mode-sue character but I really wasn't. I blame the 90s for that, what with all the anti-heroes, EXTREME attitude, etc. Anyway, editorializing aside, it's time for a turn. :3
The vengeful dwarven ghosts have come, AND THEY WILL HAVE VENGEANCE!
The tropical island actually has unheard of natives on it. They look up to Arogeth as a deity, and see the recent eruption as his ANGERRRRR. They shower him with gifts and wealth to appease him.
Fortunately, she does come back, if a bit... different. Tala comes back as a magma dragon!
-----------
(Counter Taricus) THe magma dragon proceeds to fall apart due to being made of a liquid. No Tala for you. (GM Note: Or boots for Zevran, for that matter.)
Turns out that the island also has a dwarven super-highway leading straight to it. The heroes (all of them) find it and storm the island!
Mildly miffed at GMs attempts to outshine him in pure destructive might, Kikubaaqudgha begins creating a massive flying monstrosity composed of the flesh and bones of thousands of fallen warriors and demons-in the form of an evil Dragon!
He will call it "ARGODEATH"! No self respecting Dragon can let such an insult stand unchallenged, right?
(Dwarmin, M=3: 3) Kikubaaqudgha heads back home to collect souls while his minions collect dwarf corpses and enter the old cave to get the bones of the dragon that had lived there long ago. Despite the demons inhabiting it, Kuku's subordinates excel at their work and manage to get not only that dragon's bones out, but open up a new tunnel where other dragons had been buried as well! All told, they get enough bones to make three full dragons, but the demon lord plans on instead making one xbawks-hueg dragon out of the lot. He calls it ARGODEATH! It's ebil, all right.
(Taric, M=3: 2. Powder, N/A) Tala's gone. Arogeth has other issues to worry about anyway, like figuring out what to do about this Argodeath thing flying around looking for him. He can look for a new mate once everything settles down a bit; he's still got like ninety centuries ahead of him to do that in anyway. (V-Norrec, M=3: 3) Angered at the pilfering of their corpses, the ghosts of the dwarves rise up to do battle once more! ANYTHING that moves in their tunnels is dead, no questions asked, no quarter given. This is sure to make it difficult for the heroes trying to reach the island.
(Theo, H=4: 1) Led by Thrak and Daigo, the horde of heroes enters the tunnels... but they are unaware of the dwarven ghosts waiting to spring their trap! They wait until the heroes are concentrating on clearing out a particularly stubborn bunch of demons before they activate the traps and fall upon them with necromantic fury! There are no survivors. On either side. At ALL. (Krath, M=3: 4) Unaware of everything going on in the mainland, the island natives come to investigate the volcano's eruption and spot Arogeth standing in the cave entrance. What an odd creature, they think, having never seen a dragon before. They are quick to jump to the conclusion that he is a God of some kind, and given that he breathes fire and was found near the volcano, he must be
their God!
The natives carve several obsidian statues of Arogeth, leaving them at random spots around the island in the hopes he will be merciful towards them. Truthfully Arogeth is more amused by their actions than anything and tromps down to the village to investigate further. Seeing him in their village, the islanders quickly give him a feast, gold coins salvaged from shipwrecks, many shiny gemstones, and some obsidian carvings to appease his wrath; surely the eruption previously was because they hadn't done enough to please him! Satisfied with this treatment, Arogeth lets them live and takes his offerings back to the volcano cave.

1st 1/2 of July
*Arogeth has made a new home in a cave in a volcano on a tropical island, and the islanders worship him as their God.
*The humans and elves are locked in a war with demons and are suffering heavy casualties! The dwarves have already been completely wiped out... but have come back as vengeful ghosts, wiping out any that dare enter their tunnels.
*Arogeth's scales are more durable than that of most adult dragons due to the power of his healing scepter.
*In the hoard is: a sizable amount of gold coins, two steel bins filled with various gemstones, a unicorn horn, several obsidian carvings of himself, a bronze figurine of a lion, a gem-encrusted adamantine crown, more gemstones, and a ruby-studded elven scepter that can cure wounds.
*Kikubaaqudgha, Demon Lord of the undead legions now plaguing the countryside, is still looking for Arogeth... and he's made a triple-sized zombie dragon named Argodeath to help him search!
