Starlight Festival. Rocking piano arrangement of Seiken Densetsu 3's "Powell." Above and beyond the whole "Just get all of OCRemix," trimming through their collection again is probably going to have me throwing up short posts about stuff I really like fairly often for a while coming :P

Now I wouldn't normally do this, because 99.999% of all rap annoys the hell out of me. Seriously, it is a forsaken genera! But sometimes, a light shines through the swirling darkness and there comes a rap song with a hint of personality, and it is pretty good.

Nice, it's not often I find a female singer I actually like. Too often all I hear is whiny country singers or drawn out diva-style of singing on the radio. Or pop. Let's not get into that though, I'd just rant on it.

Wow I am the exact opposite, pretty much all of my favourite bands have either a female vocalist (Kidneythieves, A Fine Frenzy, O+S, The Asteroids Galaxy Tour, Lisa Miskovsky)  or is purely instrumental (65daysofstatic, Explosions in the Sky, The Budos Band). The number of bands with male vocalists that I actually enjoy are not all that many, they exist but are outnumbered by far by the previous two categories.

EDIT: On a related side note, I need a new injection of a specific kind of music. One example of the kind I mean is the earlier one I posted here.
B2B - Leave the Cradle
Or this one by O+S.
O+S - New Life
Or this one by Blue Foundation.
Blue Foundation - Bonfires
Basically slightly slow moody music with what (the best word I can think of for it) ethereal vocals.

Any tips on groups with tunes like that would be appreciated :)

She wolf by Guetta and that chick.

Never have listened to much of the popular electronic music folk, but this song is very nice, from the vocals which are pretty sweet to the music itself which besides melody has some violent dubstep undertones which I can always relate to ^^

Plus the video is friggin awesome :)

It is the most Australian song you will ever know.

There's not nearly enough didgeridoos for that to truly be the most Australian.  :P heh.

Anyway. This guy's stuff is awesome.

Also, some pony trance because pony trance is cool.
