Now that I have recomposed myself I would like to point out that this is also awesome.
It also mentions certain characters that play roles in Don't Take It Personally.
And I assume it's in the same universe. Just... 1988.

I giggled kinda when I saw that J. Rook ran the Lake City BBS dealy.
Started playing D:ALS after my mind dropped the soap in Don't Take It Personally's prison. I like it. Need to find more "games" like these.

Being British, I can agree to the above.

We're extremely private and like having control over our lives, at least where I live anyway (south). Apparently its even more prominent up north.

Still, I should have taken the message more seriously. Not an hour after finishing the game did I post on my wall about a girl (who I didn't mention by name) who'd manage to cut herself and was bleeding out and decided the best person to call for help was me, the bloke who lived a 3 hour train ride away.

She found out and is pissed off. Ah well, its lucky I don't care.

Is the game set in England? I really can't tell. Do American private schools have uniforms?

And most schools in the US (at least under college level) I believe are implementing uniforms. Though that's neither here nor there, as the game doesn't take place in the US. But the more you know!

The whole gay thing going on showed a side of me I didn't think I had.
I'm usually like "Whatever, queer. Your problems are yours, not mine." But this game brought out the fact in my mind that it does still kind of affect me. And though I am a little bit homophobic, I still helped them all out. Not because I wanted to seem like a nice guy, but because it was what I would do.

Look at this, some free and kinda dull game helped me bang out some mental kinks.


Though, I guess that means I'd do a 16 year old too. But to be fair, you don't have too much say in it. Any of the responses pushing her away seemed too dickish for me. Time to go back to boiling Elves before I turn too soft.

Private schools in america have uniforms, public schools do not. I'd assume that's the case in most places, at least it's most reasonable.
I just finished the game, and loved it. My favorite aspect was Kendall and Akira's clever presentation of foreshadowing.
