You create: A dweller mask, a creation for communicating, blocking out dreamland effects (mind rain, mirage clouds, ect.) and adding a little bit of psychic powers to the wearer! [Power:4] Pretty good headset, telepathy is a little boost and so are the visor functions [Functionality:3] works normally, as planned. [Size:2]not really a mask, so much as a head set [Fuel:4] pretty fuel efficient, and could run on dreamland power if you wanted it to, or a mind melter charged it.
