I just put a poem that I wrote the other day in and it gave me Arthur C Clarke. I guess it has to be because this line

Actually, I think I'm noticing a simple trend here. Present tense = James Joyce. At least for me, every single time. No matter how little present tense is in the work. The exception being when I use a lot of celestial imagery it invariably comes up with Clarke.

Apparently this thing thinks I am James Joyce, because I pretty much can't get anything else.

e: I'm taking this as a sign that I should rewrite Finnegan's Wake so it makes some damn sense.

Actually, I chopped off one paragraph from the same submission, and now it says that I write Cory Doctorow. Yeah, might as well just pull out random names. Also got Dan Brown and Vladimir Nabokov.

you'd be surprised at how many famous authors have written for playboy. They have a knack for finding promising talent that later goes on to do some amazing writing, it seems.
