So DarvI, how do you feel about possibly being gaNg killed again?
Pretty horrible D:

It would have been bad for me. I had nothing firm
against him so if I had voted him I would not had a
good reason to give for why. That would just opened
me up for a counter attack by him against me. When
I know someone is scum and I have a reason I firmly
believe in I will vote for them and damn the
consequences but just voting willy nilly after random
voting is done would only worsen my position.
That's suspicous. Being concerned about one's image is scummy, Akhier.

We could kill me to finish off any remaining cultists, now that I think about it.
How would that work?

Darvi, if being concerned about ones image is scummy
then we are all scum. Also good attempt to dodge my
question.

Okay, so it seems people who get resurrected die after one night. Meaning Pandar has only one night among us until he's gone again. However, they also seem to keep their old role and alignment, meaning he's most likely still town.
Darvi, why do you assume that all revives are the same?
How do you know that this is true for all cases, because
as far as I am concerned someone coming back could mean
a number of things.
So Darvi mind telling us why?

Would have been bad for you: Quite likely, yes.  However, talking about how you would vote for someone but you're not because it would look really bad for you is also bad.  And I ask again: Why use the word "look" in the original post?  Why outright say that voting would look bad for you?
Opening you up for a counterattack: So does posting about how you suspect the guy but voting would look really bad for you.

As for the second thing I was more just putting out there that we did not know if he was town or not and if he could in some way show it was unlikely he was scum all the better. By forming it as a question it makes people have to think about it more then a statement and allows a response by him.
Acceptable.

Darvi, if being concerned about ones image is scummy then we are all scum.

Actually...okay, here goes nothing:
*The goal of the mafia is to gain a majority in the game, essentially.  To do this, they have to try not to die.  The mafia generally needs to project a town-like image.  Thus, that is what they will focus on: looking town.  A cult basically does the same, but it replaces the killing with assimilation.
*The goal of a survivor is to, well, survive.  This requires creation of a careful image: not townie enough to get nightkilled, not scummy enough to get lynched.
*The goal of a jester is to get lynched.  Again, carefully create an image, this time based around looking scummy enough to lynch.
*Finally, the goal of the town is to wipe out the scum.  It is not to project an image.  It is to figure out when other people are trying to look like something they're not, and get that across to the rest of the players.

The point I'm trying to make is that, out of all the common alignments, everyone BUT the town is out to project a carefully constructed image.  The town is out to prevent that from working.

Also, I'm wondering what's going on with your defense.  First it's "Saying that voting would look really bad for me isn't the same as saying that voting would make me look scummy", then it's "Voting would have been bad for me, and not just look really bad for me", and now it's "Being concerned about one's image isn't scummy!".

Just to get a better understanding of the situation:
Akhier: If I announced that I would vote someone, except it would "look really bad for me", what would you assume?

Jack, I mostly agree with your assessment except
that someone who is town does have to project an
image. If you don't do anything with your image then
you basically are letting whoever takes the initiative
the ability to craft your image. Just because the image
you need to project is the same as what you actually
are does not change that you need to get it across
so you don't get lynched.

Don't worry guys. Not sending in actions is a great way to participate. I really anticipate the amount of trying you put forth by not sending in an action. It basically tells me how much you're paying attention, which is a lot, since you'd have to NOT be paying attention to be so thoroughly organized in not sending in your actions. It's really amazing how well you're all working together.

Don't make the dead guy send in actions just to make you all look worse. I'll do it. Decompose IronyOwl and Feed Worms all Night long.

Jack, I mostly agree with your assessment except that someone who is town does have to project an image. If you don't do anything with your image then you basically are letting whoever takes the initiative the ability to craft your image. Just because the image you need to project is the same as what you actually are does not change that you need to get it across so you don't get lynched.
ADVICE MODE!
Let the image come naturally.  Hunt the scum, question people, and such, and that will give you a better image than any pure, deliberate image-shaping actions will.  And, more importantly, it will help the town win.

On a related topic, when someone feels off, but you don't have enough solid evidence to vote, question them.  It will improve your suspicions.  Basically, don't do what you did with Tyberix earlier, but do what you're doing with Darvi now.
ADVICE MODE FINISHED!

Why did I bring up that last bit?  It's another thing you got horribly wrong with the handling of Tyberix.  Instead of questioning him when you found he felt off, you kind of sat back.  You were passive.  That's not exactly pro-town.

Oh, and you missed the question at the end of my post.  Please try to avoid doing so.

Also, I seriously don't like lynches like this.  TALK PEOPLE TALK. Extend.

Ottofar: Is there anyone you particularly suspect at the moment?  If so, why?
Native: What do you think of SniHjen's alignment?

Lynch me? No.

Shoot me, if you're able? Yes.

Also, I do believe I have Rawr! inherently so if we have someone we'd liked roleblocked tonight, I can do that.

Derp, didn't see that one.

For one, I know for sure that not all revives are the same. I mean, I got Jesus-like qualities while Pandar and Irony got revived by somebody else. And while I can't be certain that their revives are identical, there's a good chance they are. It's less of an assumption and more of an educated guess really.

Don't worry. Night only ends in like 2 hours. I'm sure you're combined boycotting of actions can hold out until then! I know it's tough, but clearly sending in actions is for pansies anyhow.
