The only way for him to die would be for him to be Lynched, have the last cultist take the bullet, and then for him to be NKed, assuming he would be killed before he could recruit someone else.

-(Add-on, Auto) A Deal's A Deal: If the target of Swear An Oath would cause your death, his action fails.
-(Add-on, Auto, 1-Use) Dues Ex Machina: If the target of Swear An Oath could save your life by using his current action in some other way, his action is redirected to do so.
