Well currently I would vote for Tyberix which would not be much of a problem except that doing so at this point would look really bad for me and he is currently up to be lynched so unless the current balance gets disturbed I am looking for better reasons that I can put strictly in words and won't sound like "Wah, he's voting me".

This is just painful.  Outright saying "I'd vote for this guy, but I don't want to look scummy" is just...wow.

IronyOwl, Why should we trust you? Can you give
us a good reason that you are not scum. After all revival
does not mean you are automagicly what you where
before you died.

I also find it interesting that the only thing you did in night 3 was question Irony's trustworthiness.  Reasonable, but you really could've done more.  Also, why put the burden of proof on Irony?

A normal dead Spaniard would remain a Spaniard, unless both Tyberix and the Spaniard are revived and Tyberix dies again, at which point the Spaniard would revert.

It's a necessary evil for a lot of reasons.

   Jack, I said nothing about it being scummy to vote
for him. I just did not have enough to do a serious
vote on anyone and he was the most scummy person
at the time as far as I was concerned. Voting on a
vague hunch was not really something I wanted to
do but if the balance shifted and my vote would stop
a tie I would have voted for him. Just voting him would
have made the lead even more so then before so if
someone voted someone else and tried pressuring them
it would have been less effective because of their being
less reason for the person to feel pressured.

How do you know that this is true for all cases, because
as far as I am concerned someone coming back could mean
a number of things.

Also, you missed a question in my post.  One about putting the burden of proof on Irony, to be exact.

   It would have been bad for me. I had nothing firm
against him so if I had voted him I would not had a
good reason to give for why. That would just opened
me up for a counter attack by him against me. When
I know someone is scum and I have a reason I firmly
believe in I will vote for them and damn the
consequences but just voting willy nilly after random
voting is done would only worsen my position.

   As for the second thing I was more just putting out
there that we did not know if he was town or not and
if he could in some way show it was unlikely he was
scum all the better. By forming it as a question it makes
people have to think about it more then a statement
and allows a response by him.
