Obviously it's an opinion he's formed from experiences, my experience of other LGBT people is actually mostly negative, because yeah well. Mix of bad luck and stuff? I have met few that I like, maybe just me and my social awkwardness. My favourite people are usually historians, not-death metal musicians and non-nintendo gamers.

"Only Death is true, you untrue sissy listening to black/grind/whatever" And if you listen to melodic metal, like nu metal or whatever then you're not a metalhead. They get to decide. I hate the type.

Sure you're not getting it confused with Deathcore bands? I've seen some immature comments on Death Metal videos but I wouldn't be surprised if Deathcore fans are equally as immature. (because A LOT of Deathcore songs are just emo garbage, to my knowlage)

Know the bassist/leadsinger from this band, Thomas. Went to Wacken with him and stuff. He's not completely the kind of guy, but very close and many of his friends are those kind of guys. Especially his former band, Kolera was like that. Sigh.

He Gothic metal crowd is just as bad. I tend to stick with poeple that like music, metal included. If someone have to get recognized as a true (include more or less obscure music genre here) he's an idiot. Point. Of course there is a lot of poeple that like one subgenre above other or that hate one band especially, and that's fine, but the subgenre fever is just about blending in a crowd.

Those people are really annoying and obviously don't understand what the word gamer means. But like pretty much everything where that's the case, they're just a vocal minority.
