Ehehe.
Anyway. Again, you would never get anybody ever to agree to this, ever, since you apparently think this could become reality. You know why?
Not everyone is like you. Not everyone thinks that peace and harmony needs to be achieved by irreparably castrating the human race. This is a solution that doubles as an atrocity against mankind because it would
destroy mankind and leave a shell in its place. It is a Dystopian ideal, one of endless nothing, rendering everything we've achieved meaningless and removing any impetus to strive for something better, and anything would be better than your suggestion. Diversity sustains life and if it's not broke, and fixing would involves impossibly huge atrocities, well... It's a horrifying idea that's ultimately not worth the end product and would require tremendous atrocities to be committed to make it viable.
I'm kind of worried you thought of it.
Regardless, I know you probably won't post in this thread any more, although I'm well aware you'll still read it so I'll leave you with this: you should have stopped when it was obvious that you were going to catch flak for this, since it's blatant that you're stepping down out of frustration. If you didn't want to get to this point, it should have been obvious that the required action was just backing away. And at the end of the day, Cthulhu's right. No matter how much you want to complain that we don't know the intricacies of your mind, kids our age do come up with stupid things like this. A lot. I end up in arguments like this at my school
all the time. Some highlights:
- No, it's a terrible idea for society to be ruled by a mind-wiping AI.
- No, God is not atoms, you don't get to say what the Christian God is defined as, he's taken.
- No, a hierarchical system defined by yet another mind altering machine is not a good idea, will you stop bringing up tyrannical machines, Christ.
And of course, I've had a few. Whether or not you like it, this is something that comes standard to people in our age group. You'll probably grow out of it. I hope so.
