Did my first organised WH op last night; it was freaking awesome. It was also my first time as logi, and I can safely say that I am now logibro fo lyf. We made ~250million in about 2 hours.

Wow, what ships did you bring in? Also how do you keep the sleepers from blowing up the logi?

Stupid Psychosomatic dropped sov in immensea and the Nulli TCUs are going up. I was actually online as the nulli director alt and his cyno dropped the one in JKW. Man renters are just so unreliable. Always selling their space and ditching you.

I am considering finding a C3 to hole up in for a month while my friend and I do PIs and sites. Any thoughts on that?

Looks like I can get a medium control tower, a few guns, a scram and web, and some storage arrays for about 200m.

Could be decent if you find a quiet one. A Med POS will cost almost 200m for a month's worth of fuel. For proper defenses + a SMA and Hangar, you're looking at almost 300m for a Min Med tower.

And make sure you both train starbase gunnery.

Just wondering... is using mining (not even going to mention harvester) drones even feasible? It seems that the best usage of drones is taking fighter drones for screening from rats while you mine with a lazor installed on your barge.

If you don't have to worry about rats, maybe. However, since rats will shoot drones now, you can't just tank the rats while you use mining drones for an added boost.

Either way, mining drones will only add about 15-20% I think.

Yeah, but iirc if a rat aggros a mining drone, a combat drone also out won't aggro the rat.
