Porin debated opening the door. ...Maybe archer has nice things? He glanced back and saw his allies had the other enemies well in hand, so he decided to try to open the door and scope out the situation. At the very least he might be able to get a bow and arrows out of the deal, and if they were too large for him he could sell them or give them to someone else.

"Apologies, Tarran! That didn't exactly go as planned!" Cogs yells as he reloads, before shooting the downed spearman in the head.

Roll 10

Objective(s):
Police Duty

Location(s):
RidgeWalled - Castle
Barakar - Town (Hawk, Bjorn, Zrk, Sir Fiddle, Tarran, Taric, Porin, Cogs)

Nathaniel 'Hawk' Hawkins-2-Hawk fails to notice the marksman aiming at him while he is disoriented. [2] He is hit but since the shells are designed for, well, clay pigeons, it bounces harmlessly off of his breastplate.
"...
Really?"

He then hacks the support beam to the weakened structure and dives out the door, hearing the walls shudder on the way out, but not quite fall.
Spoiler: Status (click to show/hide)

Porin Keeperechoes-5-Porin manages to get the door open, and walk right in front of a guard having coffee while he hears a door immediately close on the other side of the building. While the guard on this side hurries to check it out, you manage of snag a few things and slip them into hammerspace.
Spoiler: Status (click to show/hide)

Bjorn Inmus-6-You cast an arcane-water beam and shoot it at Sir Fiddle. It explodes on contact, sending him flying across the town.
"That's for calling me a magician too!"
Spoiler: Status (click to show/hide)

Ivan 'Sir Fiddle' Fiddlebottom-4-Facepalming as he soars through the skies like a flaming pigeon, Ivan manages to veer off course through flapping his arms wildly just enough to land in a fruit stand rather than on the ground. Watermelons again.
Spoiler: Status (click to show/hide)
-Status-
Impaled in Back | Synged | Wet

Taric 'Madman' Cogudib-4-Taric [6] shoots the swordsman in the head, but for some reason, it explodes. Looks like you've discovered a new ability!
Spoiler: Status (click to show/hide)

Tarran Terra-1-"AAAAAAAAAAAHHH!"

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!"

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!"

"NIHILIUS!"

You take out your rage on the dead swordsman. But it looks like your leg's still broken, and the only healer here almost killed Ivan... so you're angry again.
Spoiler: Status (click to show/hide)
-Status-
On Swordsman | Broken Foot

Nihilius 'Cogs' Vekt-1-"Apologies, Tarran! That didn't exactly go as planned!" Cogs yells as he reloads. Meanwhile, the spearman stirs and wakes up, rolling into Cogs in an attempt to knock him down. Luckily, his bionic enhancements render him mostly immovable.
Spoiler: Status (click to show/hide)

'Zrk'-6-The old lady swings again, but you parry the cane and bash her, knocking her onto the floor and breaking several major bones!
A man in a white suit comes by.
"Thank you sir. We needed to immobilize her somehow but we couldn't bring ourselves to bring in a hammerer. Is there any way we can repay you?"
Sounds like you've stumbled upon the local asylum.

(5) You manage to struggle free of the guards and sprint to a safe distance before tossing a knife at one! (5 + 1 = 6) The throwing knife zips through the air, slitting a guard's throat! It then travels around the group of guards like a boomerang. It (5) Slits another throat, (Three 6's in a row!) decapitates three more (!), (4) slices open the last guard's arm, and (2) narrowly misses a random bystander. It then flies back into your hand. Holy crap.

Oh right, Tarran smacked you.
I'll remove it next roll, it should have worn off a while ago.

Still sneaking, Porin leaves with a grin on his face, just in time to see one of the enemies awake and attack! Deciding to go to his friend's aid immediately, he tries to ambush the spearman attacking Cogs with a backstab.

I seriously hope you don't pull a Cheddarius with that.

Crawl over to the Iron Hand Spearman and stab him in the head.
