This week on the epic store they have as freebie :
"Alba - A Wildlife Adventure" that seems like a very good game for children and playing with your kids
"Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun" that is a truly excellent game from the Commandos/Desperados tactical puzzle ("puzzle" as in how to find the best way to progress from location A to location B) games.

I had got Shadow Tactics from last year when it was free on gog during their november freebie giveaways, it's just fantastic if you like Commandos/Desperados and completely worth getting, so good i even completed it 2 times.

On Indiegala you can claim for free "Cuban Missile Crisis" and "Cuban Missile Crisis: Ice Crusade" , that are both using the same engine and gameplay as Blitzkrieg 1 (but with an added layer of ressource management added between choosen missions)

On Epic this week freebies are "Evil Dead: The Game" and "Dark Deity"
First one is a MP/SP+bots "Left4Dead-like" but setup in the Evil Dead movies environment and the other is some kind of old tactical/rpg with battle that reminds strongly of the old Warsong/Fire Emblem/Shining Force tactical battles on 16bits console (just not as good from what i read in reviews)
Next week they should have Star Wars Squadrons.

I'm not sure if it's at all good (it appears to be in-browser rather than downloaded like the Steam or Itch versions), but apparently Hero's Hour is free to keep until the 23rd on gx.games.

Looks like a metroidvania with "retro" visuals made with some nicely animated pixel art (though not fan of the player character "stick figure"-like) .

Would have been interested if i didn't watched a video and got my eyes bleeding due to not only that ugly effect all over the screen (that does not simulate a 80ies monitor, but actually simulate what you see of a camera filming a 80ies monitor) but those constant big flashing white light effects during every attacks, and that's a recipient for destroying my eyes

On gog they have "Terroir" as a freebie for 72 hours.
Looks like it's a winery management game that is tile based, said like this it sounds very similar to the "Hundred Days" game that was about winery management and was also tile based.
But looking at the screenshots it's not the same game with a different name , though the gameplay seems very similar.
