I had been kind of wondering why you hadn't been creating things left and right, I'm guessing it slipped your mind? Anyway, in your head the power of the object is limited entirely by the will roll that created, a shotgun that you rolled a 2 creating will be less powerful than that knife she rolled a 3 creating.
